    I went to get a tooth extraction and top plate this was just before the pandemic so I went back to the follow up appointment and they adjusted the plate then they were closed due to COVID I called because I never got my permanent plate only a temporary they put in right after the extraction so I paid for all of the work, temporary plate, and permanent plate but I never got the permanent plate I called because the temporary plate cracked and told them I never got the permanent plate and was told I was given the permanent plate I think I would know and any professional that sees what I have will know it is not a permanent plate I’m very frustrated now I’m going to have to pay for another top plate and now my insurance will not cover because of the amount of time. I had a good experience with the staff while getting the work done.

    I called at the end of last week because I had extreme pain due to a deep cavity all the way to the nerve root. I knew it needed extracting. The lady scheduling me was kind, but wasn’t able to get me in until today (5 days after my call). She said I was being scheduled FOR THE EXTRACTION. I arrived at the office and was called back in just a few minutes. Once to the room the dentist came in not knowing why I was there but evaluated the damage and compared it to the X-rays. He said it would need extracting. The assistant ended up telling me that they would have to RESCHEDULE me because they didn’t have time that day, “same day procedures on first day of service was not guaranteed” even though whoever scheduled me said it would be done today. The assistant said I wouldn’t be able to come in until December 6th for the procedure despite my pain. I’d already paid for the procedure too. VERY upset that all of the staff are not informed of correct scheduling procedures. I’ll be calling around to see if someone can help me at an earlier date because that’s ridiculous to me. They were also working with a skeleton crew and traveling doctors because they couldn’t keep employees. That says a lot to me.

    Great staff ! Everyone I dealt with was very cheerful and friendly,and are very professional at the same time. Took me in ahead of my appointment time. Understanding of my needs and actually gave me options to keep my costs down. I highly recommend!

    My experience was great!! Everyone was professional and knowledgeable throughout the practice. The dentistry chairs were comfortable and I was able to watch TV while I was briefly waiting to see dentist. Awesome experience would highly recommend to other people!!

    Well I was on time for my appointment but everyone that came in after me got taken in first But I really liked the you lady who helped me. She was wonderful and I would love to let you know her name but I can’t remember it. But she is great. So if I got to rate it with the lateness I’ll have to give it a 3. But it’s really a 5 for her and a 1 for the lateness.

    I do NOT recommend! This practice is very unreliable and frustrating to deal with, and after far too many mishaps I’ve decided it’s time to leave. Frankly, their scheduling is a total mess, and their customer service is poor. They do not answer the phone or return voicemails. I had to go into the office just to make an appointment because you cannot get ahold of anyone. I later went in for my scheduled appointment (after receiving multiple confirmation texts & email), and I was told they had the appointment scheduled 15 minutes earlier in their schedule and that I couldn’t be seen now because the schedule was full, but could come back that afternoon or another day. I showed them multiple texts & emails I received from Aspen telling me I was at the correct appointment time. They did not apologize or try to take accountability for the error whatsoever, nor did they make an attempt to be accommodating on their error. They placed blame on the corporate office for the emails and texts. When I explained I have to arrange childcare for my small children to come to appointments & this is a major inconvenience and mistake on their part, they did not seem to care at all; they continued to make excuses and say I’d have to come back another time. In addition, when I went into the office to make my appointment weeks ago (because they never answer the phone), I asked them to look up my husband’s next appointment and they told me they had him double booked. They asked him to reschedule. Also, While I was sitting in the waiting room today, a lady came in for her appointment and they told her they didn’t have her on the schedule. Again, when I came in 6 months ago for my appointment, they said their computer system was down and they could do my scheduled cleaning but nothing else. My husband was also supposed to come in for an appointment that same day and they told him he would have to reschedule. A cleaning or two before this one, they called me 30 minutes before my cleaning and said that the hygienist would be out & I needed to reschedule so I did. When I later tried to reschedule this time bc I realized it didn’t work, they told me it would be 6 months out for an appointment! They do not have you see a dentist every time you come in for your twice yearly cleanings, which I find bizarre and have never experienced at any other practice. I’ve come here for years and literally never seen the same dentist twice. I will say the dental hygienists have always been very good and nice. As for the rest of this place, it is very disorganized, and I’m tired of their consistent mistakes.

    Such a nice group of professionals! I will have more to report when the procedures are done, but first impressions count … and the overall opinion is … well done! I’m looking forward to entrusting my mouth to Aspen Dental in Morganton!

    Very good experience usually I’m a nervous wreck but I felt at ease and very comfortable and cared for so glad to have found Aspen Dental
