do
NOT
recommend!
This
practice
is
very
unreliable
and
frustrating
to
deal
with,
and
after
far
too
many
mishaps
I’ve
decided
it’s
time
to
leave.
Frankly,
their
scheduling
is
a
total
mess,
and
their
customer
service
is
poor.
They
do
not
answer
the
phone
or
return
voicemails.
I
had
to
go
into
the
office
just
to
make
an
appointment
because
you
cannot
get
ahold
of
anyone.
I
later
went
in
for
my
scheduled
appointment
(after
receiving
multiple
confirmation
texts
&
email),
and
I
was
told
they
had
the
appointment
scheduled
15
minutes
earlier
in
their
schedule
and
that
I
couldn’t
be
seen
now
because
the
schedule
was
full,
but
could
come
back
that
afternoon
or
another
day.
I
showed
them
multiple
texts
&
emails
I
received
from
Aspen
telling
me
I
was
at
the
correct
appointment
time.
They
did
not
apologize
or
try
to
take
accountability
for
the
error
whatsoever,
nor
did
they
make
an
attempt
to
be
accommodating
on
their
error.
They
placed
blame
on
the
corporate
office
for
the
emails
and
texts.
When
I
explained
I
have
to
arrange
childcare
for
my
small
children
to
come
to
appointments
&
this
is
a
major
inconvenience
and
mistake
on
their
part,
they
did
not
seem
to
care
at
all;
they
continued
to
make
excuses
and
say
I’d
have
to
come
back
another
time.
In
addition,
when
I
went
into
the
office
to
make
my
appointment
weeks
ago
(because
they
never
answer
the
phone),
I
asked
them
to
look
up
my
husband’s
next
appointment
and
they
told
me
they
had
him
double
booked.
They
asked
him
to
reschedule.
Also,
While
I
was
sitting
in
the
waiting
room
today,
a
lady
came
in
for
her
appointment
and
they
told
her
they
didn’t
have
her
on
the
schedule.
Again,
when
I
came
in
6
months
ago
for
my
appointment,
they
said
their
computer
system
was
down
and
they
could
do
my
scheduled
cleaning
but
nothing
else.
My
husband
was
also
supposed
to
come
in
for
an
appointment
that
same
day
and
they
told
him
he
would
have
to
reschedule.
A
cleaning
or
two
before
this
one,
they
called
me
30
minutes
before
my
cleaning
and
said
that
the
hygienist
would
be
out
&
I
needed
to
reschedule
so
I
did.
When
I
later
tried
to
reschedule
this
time
bc
I
realized
it
didn’t
work,
they
told
me
it
would
be
6
months
out
for
an
appointment!
They
do
not
have
you
see
a
dentist
every
time
you
come
in
for
your
twice
yearly
cleanings,
which
I
find
bizarre
and
have
never
experienced
at
any
other
practice.
I’ve
come
here
for
years
and
literally
never
seen
the
same
dentist
twice.
I
will
say
the
dental
hygienists
have
always
been
very
good
and
nice.
As
for
the
rest
of
this
place,
it
is
very
disorganized,
and
I’m
tired
of
their
consistent
mistakes.
