We were driving through on our way back to PA and Wendy's is the only safe, FODMAP-friendly fast food place for me to eat on road trips. I ordered my potato and salad. The potatoes weren't going to be ready and when we got to the window they'd forgotten to put the chicken on my salad. The staff was so incredibly sweet about it and quickly fixed the salad. The potatoes ended up being ready and they gave me the potato for free. My receipt said my host was Bradley but we were being helped by a super sweet lady. I wish I got her name because she was great! Thank you for making my order perfect and for your kind hospitality!

Second time they forgot items that I ordered. Last night it the first time I received good service in drive thru! The guy was patient and had great customer service skills!

Went through the drive thru. Paid the cashier. They told me to pull up all the way to the end and someone would give me my food when ready. I waited over 15 minutes (on a decently hot day with 2 frosties I ordered that were now melting) while every other behind me was getting food. I ended up angry and drove through the line again and told them they forgot about me and now my frosties are melted. They didn't apologize at all but they at least gave me 2 new frosties. If I do come back to this Wendy's ever again, I'll go inside to order instead because the drive thru is a joke.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. It was great but the service was terrible. I waited almost 15 minutes on a drink refill and they didnt put cheese on my chicken sandwiches like I asked and when I went up to get cheese I waited another 10-15 minutes and then I had to eat cold food.

I give 5 stars to the nice woman that was working the window at the drive through today. Ive been stopping at this Wendy’s location at least once a week for years. It’s usually her or a very nice older gentleman that’s working and they have always been professional and kind. Unfortunately, today the nice woman working at the window was visibly upset and down…. I hope you know that your hard work is not unnoticed and your kindness has always been appreciated. Thank you. (Heather is the name on my receipt) hopefully she sees this and makes her day a little bit better.

place is terrible went there for the first time and they didn’t get the order right the taco salad SUCKED. it almost made me throw up it was absolutely disgusting. it’s most definitely not worth the money at all go to a closer store like hardy’s or even get a sandwich from a gas station it’s way better.

My burger was great, and the fries were fresh! Service was a little slow, but not too too bad. The atmosphere.. meh, a couple of the workers could smile a little and not be so miserable. All in all, it was good. I'll go back to this Wendy's!

French fries were terrible could not believe how cold they were. The double burger must have been setting around for 30 minutes. Was hardly warm. Seldomly do I eat fast food, will never eat there again

Went in. No other customers inside. Placed order. Employee at counter requested our meal several times. Finally received meal after 15 minutes. One sandwich cold. Employee in restroom without door locked. Will never return.

Drive thru was clear with communication and trying the garlic fries. Yummy 🤤

tbh came there 20 mins before close was told their card readers wasn’t working so i left n got cash came back 15 mins before close just to buy a lemonade and was told it was closed honestly done wasting all my money for shorty service i’m switching to chick fella there better cheaper

I went through the drive thru. I ordered a Dave's double and a large chili. The staff were friendly! Barely any waiting. My food was really good! Love that Chili !!!
