I ordered the #7 Combination Plate. The beef taco was great! The green chili stew was the best I ever tasted! The tamale was very good.The mexican rice was very good. The refried beans were good,but I have had better. I think this item could be experimented with,to improve its flavor/change it's flavor to an even better flavor. Texture of refried beans were very good. Beef enchilada was excellent! Homemade flour tortillas were great! Nacho chips and green salsa was great! I highly recommend this mexican restaurant. Everything we had was amazing! Only complaint is that they gave us barely any salsa, maybe 1/4 cup to share between 4 people. Food was great with great spice and flavor. Will definitely make it a point to stop here on our way passing through again.

Good food, but atmosphere needs help. Floors look like carpet or flooring was pulled up, but nothing replaced. You can still see glue trails on floor. 1 table had sign no seating, and when all other tables were full, it didn't make sense. 2 sets of customers tried sitting there when nothing else available and were told by staff they can't sit there. If it's broken, fix it or remove it so it doesn't create confusion with custoners.

I just came to nachos for my first time last week. I have but Indian taco it was absolutely delicious! My mom had the green chile chicken and it was amazing! The wait staff was super friendly and the service was fast!

Understaffed as heck. Restaurant is very small town feel. Took forever to get our food but not really their fault. It was so worth it, food was absolutely delicious and you can tell it’s homemade.

When I travel to or through New Mexico it's always a key part of the trip to find some solid Chile Verde stew. This chance little place was a great find for that. Savory pork stew in a burrito with a generous serving of chips and flavorful fresh salsa on the side. Will be adding this to my route next time I drive cross country!

Did not get an opportunity to eat here even though it was highly recommended by our hotel. Saturday night, facebook page & apple maps say they're open until 9pm. No answer when I called to confirm they were open. Went in at 7:39pm and were turned away because they decided to close early that day. Disappointing. Many other restaurants had closed as well so it was really hard to find anything to eat at 8pm on a Saturday night in what seemed to be a pretty busy rest-stop-town off the highway.

Service was great. Sweet restaurant with some delish flavors. Shredded beef was bomb. If you're looking for HOT 🔥 food (such as native New Mexicans are) request the hottest they have. Great place! :)

Here's my only thing: what kind of self respecting Mexican restaurant DOES NOT serve Pico? That ONE small, FRESH thing ALONG with maybe offering some avocado (who DOESN'T????) would elevate their bland food to another level. There are ZERO seasonings used in this restaurant, but again, that isn't even my issue. They have decent enough choices for this FOOD DESSRT of a town and so we eat there. Usually I take it home and add PICO that I have made SOOOO EASILY and my hub tops his with avocado so that it RESEMBLES fresh Mexican food. The inside of the restaurant is old, run down and should absolutely embarrass the owners. They could easily renovate. But then again, they could also easily serve pico......

Authentic NM flavors - soooo DELICIOUS! Simple, small town atmosphere, but complex flavorful dishes that don't disappoint.

The hot sauce is actually hot! And very yummy. I had cheese enchiladas and everything was perfect. Thank you. Wish I lived closer, but anytime I’m road tripping through here I am stopping !

My boyfriend and I were visiting from California and got recommended by a local to check them out and I am so happy we did. The food had some of the best flavors and really had my taste buds jumping. he loved the chips and salsa. Highly recommended trying if in the area

Great independent restaurant. Friendly staff, fast service. Very good food and very good prices. I liked the non corporate look and atmosphere. Perfect stop on a long road trip.

The good reviews attracted me to this place, once there I was greeted by a lot of flies. Flies everywhere, the windows had fly traps with a lot of dead flies on them. It was pretty gross, food was ehh it took forever to arrive even though there was only three ppl including myself. I asked about the “beef burrito” and it comes with ground beef, who does that? The only good thing was the chips and salsa, other than that I wouldn’t come again.

The food is bar none is the best in all of the surrounding areas. Excellent rellanos, the best tacos. Everything is good but like all restaurants nobody want to work so sometimes the wait is a little longer.
