    MOST AMAZING FOOD EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!! The chef and the waiters/waitresses gave us great hospitality! AND THE FOOD! To die for! Me and a friend of mine were lucky enough to be the last two to be served and the chef was kind enough to let us take pictures of his food and even other stuff worthy of photo-taking. Overall, absolutely amazing!

    I’m very lucky to walk in at 5pm and get an appointment for 8pm. Ordered the small and medium Kobe beef filet set that includes prawn, scallop, salad, Kobe beef, ice cream and hot Japanese green tea. Chef Ken and his crew are very friendly taking time to explain the family of the cow. We were even given the certificate to prove the authenticity of the Kobe beef. The Kobe beef really taste delicious and it’s hard to describe in words. Their garlic fried rice is really out of the world, try it to believe it. Reservation is highly recommended. Will definitely revisit this restaurant again.

    So, first things first: this is a temple. A temple to the beauty and refinement of Kobe Beef! It's recommended to make reservations but it's easier to do so in person, and you need to leave a ¥5000 deposit as the beef is very valuable. We managed to be able to drop by and have dinner without one but there won't be guaranteed seats: do it especially if you want counter seats to watch the Master Ken at work. The restaurant is run by Ken and his lovely wife. The atmosphere is soothing and easy on the eye, with very attentive service. Everyone is super nice, and Master Ken himself comes over to show you the beef you will eat, together with its *specific certificate* (a copy which you will take home). This will always remain in my mind: "one beef, one licence"! Master Ken volunteered to take pictures of us and pulled out all the stops with the statue and certificate: you can tell he's proud of his restaurant and his beef, with reason! The meat melts in your mouth and is a testament to Japanese skill and quality. All the food was great, from the little meat skewers, to the Hokkaido scallops all the way down to the delicious rice with beef trimmings and humble vanilla ice-cream. You will pay good money, but you will eat amazing food. If my family or I are lucky enough to return to Osaka, it will be an honour to eat here again.

    Honestly could give it 6 stars if I could. Went with a friend and this was the best dining experience we've had. Ordered the medium beef loin and it was cooked beautifully. The appetizers and side items were also all super tasty as well. Chef was super friendly and allowed us to take pictures with a samurai armor in front of the restaurant. 10/10 would recommend!

    The best! Kobe beef steak by Ken has a really great value for money, quality and quantity. It was 7-8 courses meal for 10k (wagyu 100g) and 24k (kobe 220g). 10k yen is about $72 usd. Nowhere in NYC u can find this deal. The salad, bread, rice, veggies, ice cream and beef sashimi all tasted amazing! The beef itself was divinely buttery! And to top it all, they were so nice to take us in with no reservation. We just googled *steak nearby*, saw it and walked in. MUST!

    My wife has been yearning for Kobe beef since we've arrived Japan. She picked Kobe Beef Steak Ken by searching google and boy did we hit the jackpot! We ordered 2x Kobe Beef Fillet and 2x Kobe Beef Loin and we weren't disappointed. From start to finish, the dining experience was amazing! My kids also confirms after our Japan trip that the visit to Chef Ken's paradise has been the most unforgettable dining experience. From the flavorful scallop, the delectable prawns, the juicy and savory beef, the mouth watering garlic rice, everything taste heavenly. In the end, the total bill came up to JP¥68,400 for 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 child (16yoB & 12 yoG). This is the most worthwhile meal we've had in Japan! Between the fillet and loin, I would go for loin if you asked me as it is very very juicy.

    The best kobe beef experience that I've ever had in my whole life. ♥️ Food was worth it (+ great cooking performance by Chef Ken himself). Make sure to drop by a few days ahead to reserve a slot & so that your order will be readily available.

    Where do I even begin? This place was so good, we went twice within 3 days. Had the Kobe sirloin set course & the Kobe tenderloin (filet) set course, respectively. The beef is undeniably the best in the world. Something that every human deserves to experience in their lifetime, at least once, if possible. A meal of such quality, deserves a perfect pairing that entails perfect service, & I can assure you; Chef Ken surpasses that expectation. A true gem of a human being. I thought it to be physically & spiritually impossible for somebody to contain such charm & finesse. I felt so moved by his immaculate service. I would rate it 10,000 stars if I could. I will not spoil too much of the details. You must go & see for yourselves. Thank you, Chef Ken, for the everlasting memories I will cherish to my grave & beyond. ありがとうございました !!

    To book, my wife and I had to come in by person and leave a deposit but oh my was it worth it. This was by far the absolute best steak we've ever had! The steak literally melts in your mouth with so much flavour it will leave a smile on your face. The service was 11/10 and the atmosphere and restaurant was top tier along with its top tier Kobe steak that comes with its own certificate of authenticity. The Chef and waitress topped the experience off with their professionalism mixed with their friendly and entertaining nature. Would highly recommend eating here if you want a very special night which is what my wife and I experienced here. Thank you so much Ken Kobe Beef Steak!

    My second time visiting this spot. The food, service, chef and waitresses are extremely accommodating and kind. Be sure to make reservations as seating is extremely limited (6 at the grill and 6-8 in a side room), and expect to spend 1-2 hours in the restaurant. The food is out of this world. If you want a smaller portion or the biggest they've got, you will get a meal of a lifetime. They give you a certificate of the Wagyu that you're about to eat and explain things about Kobe certifications. If you're in Osaka, and want some of the best Kobe around, this is the spot.

    Great food and staff. The chef definitely puts on a performance and you learn quite a bit about Kobe beef, how they are raised, and some of the regulation surrounding it for example they must have certificate for the cattle from which the beef has come from and its lineage. When food is served they provide you with 2 types of salt and a sauce to dip the meat. I highly recommend charcoal salt as it is more mellow than Himalayan salt and little bit of salt enhance the flavour of the beef. You should get there relatively early to ensure you get cut of the beef you want. Highly recommended!

    The best Kobe beef in Japan, Osaka . Lucky to get two seats in a small restaurant about 9 pm . The owner Chef is pro and entertaining. Order any beef set let him do the rest . We just enjoy a fabulous meal. The shop has authentic license for Real Kobe beef 😋😋

    A first class dining experience and an amazing meal. Walked in at opening to request a same day reservation. Was offered a sitting 2 hours later. Our order was taken prior to our sitting. The meal was 6 courses total and was the best meal I have ever eaten. We ordered premium filets and kobe loin. The meat melts in your mouth and does not need anything added. My only regret is not ordering a larger portion. The staff explained everything and it was a very intimate and personal experience. It was extremely well priced and I would pay double for the meal and experience we received. I will definitely be back and look forward to my next meal here.

    The best beef and price is value for money. The chef is so friendly and proud of what he does. It's a very nice experience. If you're in Osaka for two nights, you might want to drop in the first night to book for the next night as it's very difficult to get a booking. Or try getting there before 7pm.

    Thank you for taking us in without a reservation. We also appreciate that you understood my son’s dietary restriction and my husband’s dislike of garlic. Your food and hospitality was one of the highlights of our trip in Osaka.

    A very well-polished customer service and very exclusive dining experience. The entire restaurant is dedicated to serve us (one table) only. We are warmly welcomed by the owner himself. The food was also cooked by the owner. The Kobe steak was so tender and unbelievably succulent. Very recommended. The food is worth the price!

    Absolutely wonderful experience. Chef was amazing, beef was amazing. He was very passionate about his craft and beef. He provides the certificate of lineage for his wagyu, so you know you're getting real Kobe Wagyu. Overall everything was very good, I left with no complaints what so ever. If you want a wonderful cozy atmosphere, amazing wagyu, and a chef passionate about his craft, look no further. 10/10 would recommend.

    We had an amazing experience here! The owner was very accommodating. We didn’t have a reservation, but we came in when they opened and they were able to schedule us for a couple hours later the same night. The food was extremely delicious and a once in a lifetime flavor experience. Their Kobe Beef set was perfect and the Medium size portion was the perfect amount for each of us. We sat by the grill which was awesome because we could watch as all the food was cooked in front of us! It was so fun! The Kobe beef was pricey but well worth it. The owner had great English skills and was easy to communicate with. He even let us take some awesome pictures with a real katana and some samurai stuff! Truly an unforgettable experience and I truly recommend it so much :) We can’t wait to come again next time we’re in Osaka! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Don't leave Osaka without stopping by for a meal here! Ken and his family are truly amazing hosts. The meal is as spectacular as the hospitality. If you're stuck looking for places to get good steak at, look no further!

    Absolutely fantastic experience! The food was divine. Every bite was a masterpiece and we savored every moment. The kobe beef was very memorable and cooked to perfection. Our hosts were wonderful and gave us a wonderful experience! We went for my partner's birthday and they gave us a wonderful celebration, complete with a song, cake, and festive costumes! It was so much fun! We had a lot of fun chatting with the owner after our meal. He even showed us real katana swords! So cool! This was a truly special night and we loved every moment! Big thanks to the owners for such a great evening!

    It was a wonderful experience. Both the chef and the sous- chef were friendly and competent. We took the original Kobe beef (it comes with a certificate!) and it was tender like butter! If you come by in Osaka you must pay a visit! Super recommended!

    We had an absolutely excellent meal with Kobe Beef Steak Ken trying Kobe Beef for the first time! We were lucky enough to sit at the bar and see it cooked teppanyaki style, the chef was a wonderful host. Everything we ate was delicious, the Kobe beef itself exceeded our expectations and it is good to know that it is from a licensed seller. The restaurant is very calm and peaceful and a nice escape from the busy Osaka streets. We would thoroughly recommend.

    They had temperature checks at the entrance, air purification, social distance protected seating, and other Corona measures in place! The atmosphere was delicious with grilled vegetables, meat and garlic rice. In addition, the master's response to customers was outstandingly good and making for a great time. We enjoyed the real Kobe beef steaks very much!

    Incredible experience. First time eating Kobe Beef and the staff here are exceptional. Chef Ueno is very animated and he masterfully creates your meal in front of you and it feels like art being created. I am not a food expert but the beef was some of the best I've had and it was filling. Next time I am in Osaka and seeking Kobe Beef this is the place I go.

    Really top notch quality Kobe beef! Delicious, melt in the mouth goodness. Great service with friendly chef Ken and his assistant. Be prepared to pay a steep price for it though, but quality is assured with certificate of proof as well 😄

    After frequenting a few Kobe Beef restaurants, this one takes the cake. Absolutely wonderful service and novelty. I received a copy of my steaks pedigree and Kobe certificate to take home. The course was well thought out and delicious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Make sure you reserve in advance as there are only so many reservation spots.

    Great experience eating here and very welcoming and friendly staff. Be sure to make an in person reservation as the staff need to prepare the food beforehand. I wanted to eat here on a Thursday night so i arrived at 5pm however they were fully booked so i made a reservation for the Friday night instead. They will ask for your choice of meat, the time of your reservation and 5000¥ per person to secure the booking (receipt provided).

    Truly a 5 star experience! We had to arrive the day before to make a booking for dinner the following night and we are so glad we did.     I ate here on the recommendation of a friend. It’s a little pricey, but it’s worth every yen! The service and hospitality is phenomenal and the chef has a great sense of humor. I’ll definitely be coming back.

    Thank you Chief Ken and all your team for the excellent food, presentation, and treatment, authentic Japanese restaurant, I am completely in love with the Kobe beef, the melting beef, super tasty, and the good people make it an even more healing place. I'm sure I'll be back soon. To enjoy the experience, a reservation is required.

    Google reviews don't lie about this place. Best beef I've ever had in my life!!! Garlic fried rice was to die for. chef Ken is a true master at his craft.
