Overall: i highly recommend this restaurant and its very talented chef! Dishes: we ve had quite a feast here. The chef showed off different techniques and perfectly combined traditional dishes with european specialities (eg sake pudding as a desert, one of my favorites). The beef was excellent and the fish courses were very special (rare fishes which i hardly knew). The tuna was of highest quality! Ambiente & service: even though the chef and the very kind woman did not speak English (informed us upfront), they did a huge effort to google up dishes and inform us about preparation! Incredible and much appreciated!
