J'ai passé un très bon moment à Kainoa guesthouse ! L'Accueil était très sympathique et convivial, les chambres propres, le design soigné et la literie très confortable. J'ai vraiment bien dormi. J'ai aussi beaucoup aimé la proximité de l'établissement avec les commerces et l'accès facile aux transports en commun. Je recommande vivement ! Merci encore🙏☺️

It was the most comfortable and clean Hotel I have ever had. It has very beautiful and creative designs which gave me an feeling of relaxation. The owner himself waited for us until we arrived and helped with our luggage! He told us that there is a beautiful park, the Sunshine city and the Yamatoline nearby. The Owner was very kind and if he has time you can have a cool conversation with him! It was good to know that he lives just 3mins away so when something would happen, he could help out. The bed is very soft and I liked the Bathroom so much too. I will definitely come back to Japan and the first thing I will do there is to book the Hotel again!

This place exceeded my expectations. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even helped me with my luggage and walked me to the station. Everything was done smoothly and this is an owner operator run hotel. Rooms were exceptionally clean and functional. The bath room was a great size for a westerner. The location is close to Otsuka railway station on the Yamanote Line or about 1.5km from Ikebukuro railway station. For me this was a great location. Close to everything I needed! When leaving for the airport the owners even told me the best way to take the train to the airport. I most certainly recommend Kainoa Guesthouse for solo travellers and couples!

The best guesthouse I stayed in Tokyo. Host came down personally to help us with luggage, room is so spacious. Rooms are generally tiny in Tokyo but this, wow! During my 4 nights in tokyo, had to cancel my previous airbnb and thank god I chose them. the pikachu convini at lvl1, the small touches around the room are so ideal and room is designed for travellers in mind. thank you so much for hosting me in tokyo i will 100% return snd hopefully stay with you guys again!

Very nice stay and host!

Stayed at Kainoa Guest House the other weekend. It feels very much like a tiny spacious apartment rather than a tightly packed business hotel. The bed, sheets and pillows are super comfortable and the bathroom has a shower rather than a bath tub which I prefer. Would have been good to have a digital alarm clock and a small table to eat on but other than that, pretty much has all you need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again. 先日”kainowa”ホテルに泊まりました！ 内装は茶色がメインで家のようにリラックスして過ごす事ができました！ベットもふかふかでとても寝心地が良かったです^_^ シャワールームもトイレもオシャレで清潔感があって良かったです！ また泊まりたいです^_^

מלון דירות מדהים מיקום מצוין לטיול בטוקיו, רק 5 דקות הליכה מקו yamanote, באיזור הרבה מקומות נחמדים לאכול, ברים, מכולות ומכבסה. המארחים כל כך נחמדים ואדיבים, המארח אפילו לקח אותנו לטיול בשכונה ללא תוספת תשלום. החדר היה מדהים ומצויד ברמה הגבוהה ביותר, חדר הרחצה והמיטה היו מעולים. חוויה מצויינת ומומלצת מאוד!

Lovely place. Great location near JR line train station. Quiet. Spotlessly clean. Host will meet your bus on train and personally walk you to your lodging, which was a godsend after a long haul flight and one hour airport transfer. He even ordered a cute little bank for my girlfriend's granddaughter. The same one as he had on display.

Its a really nice and quiet place to stay in that isnt too far from sunshine city/ikebukuro. It can get a bit dry in the room but beyond that its a comfortable stay. The hosts were also very helpful and accomodating.

Cozy and lovely place! Brand new decorations. Very clean. Bathroom wet and dry areas separated. Big TV. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient transportation. We’d be very happy to stay again at this place.

Modern and clean guest house. Very friendly contact and good care by the host. Everything you need is in the vincinity and it´s a good spot to explore Tokyo from. Thank you and I hope to stay there again.
