My friends and I got an apartment type double room here for 3 nights and we have absolutely no complaints. The beds are super comfy and everything works. The breakfast is delicious, made to order by Juliet. Ramesh is one of the best property managers I’ve ever stayed with, always ready to serve with a smile. The lovely Morjim beach is just 4 mins walking, which is frankly amazing for the price point. Morjim beach is super quiet and it barely had any crowds even during peak season. It’s one of the best Goa beaches for swimming. This guesthouse also has a newly installed kids pool.

Average + ambience, Average + food, Excellent on safety , Excellent on location front , Excellent on value for money . Caretaker Ramesh is courteous. He has very good attitude and ready to help visitors. One thing especially to note - careful while stepping out post 11pm ..scary dogs ... One hint for beach visit- Get up early and walk for 3-4 mins to beach . On left hand side you will see a stretch or path between river and sea and you will be able to walk to jetty and this path get submerged in sea after 8am ( low tide - high tide phenomenon ).I m sure kids will love it.

Highly recommend this accommodation!! Our group of 13 booked the entire villa for 8 nights. The rooms are clean and very well kept. There is a decent size pool which the kids loved playing in! Hemant is an amazing host. Any questions or concerns was taken care of promptly. The care taker Ramesh and Juliet (cook) make an amazing team. Everyone loved the breakfast and meals cooked by Juliet. The cherry on top is that Morjim beach is 5mins away! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Goa. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable trip!

We booked the entire villa for a night for our family reunion and we had an excellent stay! The location is just a 5 min walk away from Morjim beach. Nice tranquil, private spot. Mr. Hemant the property owner is an excellent host, very attentive & helpful. The housekeeper Mr. Ramesh was a delight. Very hospitable and made us feel like home. The cook Juliet single handedly whipped up some tasty dinner and breakfast for 20 of us on a 2 burner stove which was very much appreciated by all. We recommended having 3 or more burners to help her and Mr Hemant was quick to implement our suggestion the very next day! The property was clean and the rooms were spacious. There were a lot of in-house entertainment like foosball, TT, carom etc. that had us entertained throughout our stay. All in all, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Goa or in Goa looking for a weekend getaway.

Our team had an event in La Alphonso resort and spa but we stayed here. And it was worth staying ... Great cleanliness, great food which included bread omelet , Poha and especially aloo ka paratha ... The person behind these was Ramesh Uncle who treated us like home. He is very kind and generous. On the first day we had to reach the resort early n we reached baywalk around 7 and it was our mistake that at the end moment we had asked him to make brkfast for us (we were 12ppl) .. still he gave us lovely and delicious food and he apologized us that it was served late which made us so sad that despite being our mistake he was feeling sorry .. Hats off to the dedication and efforts. Thank you uncle and also aunty who was the with him.

The caretaker Ramesh was a wonderful man. The rooms were spacious yet there was a voltage problem. Breakfast was delicious.

Very neat, good breakfast, very economical, 200 mts from the beach. Thank you so much Ganesh sir for the hospitality. Will plan a visit with my family soon after this monsoon.

What awsome place to visit for group of people or couples. Property who manageing is Mr. Hemant is very cooperatives person. And care taker name Mr. Ramesh is also very helpful your demand of any food or other things. Here u get all basic things available. Very good place to stay near mojrim beach

Firstly, I would like to thank Mr. Hemanth, who has been so cooperative and kind. The stay was really good. We had booked the entire villa. ( 8 adults, 3 kids, and 2 toddlers. ) *Good spacious rooms and washrooms. *It has varieties of indoor games like caroms, foosball, table tennis etc. * Homely food and accessible kitchen. ( As we had toddlers, we cooked food for them) * Good WiFi signal * Neat and less crowded beach in walkable distance. * Affordable restaurants and shops nearby. The only thing for improvement is the rooms and furniture like wardrobe, which needs to be vacuumed.

Awesome and peaceful location.. Very safe beach with less crowd... They don't do room service... Food average.. room and bathroom also ok.... But the best part just 5 mins walk to beach...

Local driver's creating problem if my company driver comes to pick me up at hotel, everyday they are creating problem for my driver. Plz stay away from this area. I am giving only one star Bcoz drivers have created issues with my driver
