Charging extra for basic necessity of life. 3 person staying in one room and only giving 2 bottle that too 500ml of water. Asked for additional water said will be chargeable. I have never experienced this kind of response from any hotel/resort ever in my experience till now. Visited many locations across India but this the response I'm receiving. Service is slow. How come such an experience be tolerable? Visitors/Guests/Families must consider these basic facilities while booking their hotels and resorts. Just sharing my experience. Rest decision is yours. PS - I'm not the only one sharing this kind of experience. You can find various reviews from visitors similar to this.

My recent stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. Despite being advertised as a 4-star property, it fell far short of my expectations. The lack of basic amenities was immediately apparent, as even a simple refrigerator was not provided in my room. The washroom was in a terrible condition with an unpleasant odor, and despite my request for cleaning, they only sent someone with room spray and suggested repairs. The shower head was rusty and the mattress springs were coming out, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, the staff at the front desk were unresponsive to my complaints. Whenever I called the reception, either they didn't answer or simply told me to wait without any indication of how long it would take. During a power outage, there was no backup power, leaving me in complete darkness for hours. And when I asked the hotel to book a taxi for me, they charged me three times the normal rate for the service. It was clear that this hotel was more interested in making money than providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for their guests. I strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to look elsewhere. The lack of basic amenities, poor hygiene, unresponsive staff, and unfair pricing policies make this hotel a complete disappointment. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

It's a cute n cozy hotel. It's says beach resort but not really a beach view. But beach is walking distance from the hotel. Quite a lot happening and well rated restaurants are available nearby so comfortable stay and variety to eat.

Been here for my anniversary with my kid. It is a very good place to stay. I will come definitely next time. It is close to north goa. In my view, Morjim beach steals every beach and this resort placed in the Morjim beach location. Their breakfast is also having good options which were enough for my family and kids. Service is also good people are very friendly and polite speaking.

One of the best staff I have met. The service are quick and smooth especially the head chef. The food was delicious. View was nice. The wine shop is nearly to get a drink. Clearly the best under the range.

Our experience at Turtle Beach Resort was truly exceptional. The stay was delightful, offering comfort at every turn. The staff, particularly Saisha, Utkarsha, and their team, were incredibly welcoming, ensuring our needs were met with warmth and efficiency. A heartfelt shout-out to them for making our stay so pleasant. I highly recommend booking your stay at Turtle Beach for an all-around wonderful experience. I, for one, look forward to returning.

Rooms and service from staff was excellent. We ordered room service and it was great too - only issue with room service was that the last order had to be placed by 10:30 pm which seemed a little early. Breakfast - taste was good but had very limited options. Swimming pool and other amenities were good

Near to Morjim beach. Good location for those who want to avoid Baga and Calangute crowds. Service was good. Breakfast could have been better with a few continental items since there are lot of foreigners staying in the hotel.

An excellent resort for vacation which is near to morjim beach north goa. Love the experience which we had here and also the complimentary breakfast were good and hygienic.rooms were clean.i would say the environment around was very positive.

Stay and food were quite average. Didn't have any major complaints. Good enough if you're just staying at the place and mostly roaming around. Location wise while it's far off from major places, it's really close to morjim Beach which is an attraction of its own

The resort was uite good and loved the pool here. Location is near Morjim beach which was very clean beach with quite good cafes. I would recommend them for their service along with variety in breakfast

I booked a room in turtle resort but the room promised was not given. I was disappointed. But, Mr Derick, Duty manager listened my problem and provided me a decent room with in Few minutes. It shows the caring of its staff, integrity and excellent customer service. Very much satisfied and will recommend others also, as it is closest to Morjim beach, which is very good for families.thanks and kudos

This Place is good to stay if you want to visit North Goa places. For my trip dinner was not included and if we order from online services we need to go to reception and pick our order. The name is beach resort but no beach is connected to this resort, though it has a small swimming pool

Got this Hotel at a very good rate from Agoda. Was upgraded to Supreme Category on arrival. Rooms are clean and spacious. Room Service is top notch! Pool is well maintained. Wifi was working perfectly fine. Negatives: They don't have closets to keep the clothes. Just open space with few hangers. Balcony was made Lil dirty by pigeons! Due to festivals ongoing...there is loud music blaring from just 50 mts away ..sure to ruin your vacation. Limited options in breakfast. Mobile network is not great. Laundary is too costly! They charge ₹160 for a single t-shirt and for pant ₹350!

Amazing place with amazing food and staff! On the main road yet away from hustle and bustle! 5 mins walk to the beach! The ambience and location makes its more amazing! Would recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back! Right from the front office manager to the bar and service guys everybody is cooperative and polite. They try to make your stay more comfortable and memorable! Stayed here for 5 days and each day I had a great time! Food quality and quantity is also very good!

Red fox reasonable stay in off season near Morjim beach . During season prices are high and service is also delay for everything. Breakfast buffet options are very less and there is nothing special for kids. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Over all good experience. Food which we have tried is good in test like home made. Staffs are cooperative .

I have had a great 3 days here. the pool was clean, food was yummy and reasonable if you want to have lunch or dinner. I am very particular about food because I have a small kid and I am foody. but I find it far from other places. we are not the kind of people who can stay in hotels and chill, we love to explore, beach hopping, going to markets. So that was a constraint. otherwise, it is good.

Great stay with family. We appreciate to all staff of front desk.specially Mr Arun cooperate us during check in so that our checkin was very fast . amenities like sweeping pool and table tennis available .hotel Near by sea.walkable distance from the hotel. Pros: Clean well maintained rooms Quick and friendly service Nice complementary breakfast Clean pool Excellent spa. Cons: Bathroom fittings are a bit loose and need maintenance No shopping centres in the immediate vicinity

It's a very good hotel to stay in Goa. Good pool, good rooms, great breakfast and love the ambiance. The live dosa counter is really awesome. There is a delay in terms of food delivery when ordered. That was the only minus for me. Otherwise all great.

Great place to stay with your family. Though this property is not on the beach, but this is located within 10min of walking distance. Coming to the service, the restaurant staff were super courteous. They actually have taken care of us. The food tastes were really good and the you have quite a lot of options at a reasonable price. We would like to specially thank all the staff, especially Mr. Akshay and Mr. Mandeep for being so nice and taking care of the demands :)

Will say simply best, Near to beach and awesome locations, all staffs are very friendly and specially Mgmt Team Mr. Negi. Very helpful and Guide us how to spent quality time in Goa. Good quality of See food and service.

Rooms were so small there was no place for the extra bed for the kids. No cupboards in the room which is s shame so have to keep your stuff in the bags itself, which is a task everytime to take the stuff out.. bathrooms were too small no space .. Before the booking I read the reviews and they were so good but seems like it was totally a different hotel. Very bad experience. Food was pathetic. If you ask them to make something spicy they will give you sweet.. they don't listen to your instructions. We ordered one starter in our room, but after 1.30 hrs also it didn't come, so ultimately we have to go to the kitchen to have it. Poor service. They are always out of stock in everything. We asked for the icreams and they just had vanilla which we orderd but our surprise it was all bad in taste. They even didn't have cold water bottles, now that was something really shocking.. For the morning breakfast buffet every day they have same breakfast no variety and everything tastes very bad.. Overall experience was very bad, pathetic, horrible all such words are less..

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel's location very good.Its close to beach and everything you need can be found within walking distance. Hotel has a wide variety of entertainment including swimming pool, table tennis and many more . Food is also amazing. Looking forward to visit again.

Average place to stay, only recommended if you get a good deal. Location is so-so, not walking distance from shacks. Rooms are alright, and the hot shower was the star of the show.

We had booked 3 rooms for a couple of days during NYE. 1st room AC was so screwed up that even on the highest temperature setting it froze our room and one of my friends got unwell and had to miss his NYE celebration, water leaking from the ac got the entire floor and bed wet and we had to live with it because no other room was available on a same or different property. 2nd room ac fell off by itself at midnight and our friends could not inform anyone because their rooms phone was dead. However nice the property is, our experience was poor. I forgot my cell phone charger in the room and checkout, my friends checked out at least 2 hours after me, but the staff neither hand it over to them nor did they inform me about it till I called them at night. Upon requesting them to courier it to me and I'll prepay whatever the expense is, they straight away refused. This shows how much they are willing to return your stuff if you accidentally forget.

Descent place for a stay with all basic amenities. The rooms are clean and hygenic. There is a lawn area for hosting a small function here too. Swimming pool is available at this place in case one is interested in the same. The breakfast consisted of a wide variety to choose one from and tasted very good. Overall My stay experience here was Good!
