Lovely experience! The staff was friendly, approachable and easy to talk to. They were also very professional! Their prices were also reasonable in comparison to other stores offering the same services. Definitely will come again!

This place is amazing. The combination massage was very much needed. I didn’t realize how tight my body was until the session was over. Oh boy was it tense but afterwards I felt so much relief. I would recommend anyone to give it a try

I just had a remedial massage from Ann at Li's and it was honestly one of the best and most professional massages I've ever had. She worked all the tight spots in my upper back. It was a perfect massage and is highly recommend them!

This is one of the best massage place always feel relaxing every time I go for a massage. All the worker are very friendly and kind I recommend Li’s massage.

I have visited li’s regularly for years & always referred them and usually the staff are excellent. Today however was different. The masseur didn’t ask about my body and has damaged my neck and back from having their knees and legs pushed into my spine. I was fine before I got there and since I left today I’ve been in incredible pain with damage done to my back. I don’t ever review small businesses online in a negative sense but there is no email listed or socials to message to speak to anyone about this. I’m really disappointed with the experience and after visiting this place well over 100 times, I’m too scared to ever go back.

What a waste of $50 !! I had 30 minute back massage in which I told the lady several times she's was applying to much pressure on my back. She continued as if I hadn't said anything. This was definitely not the relaxing massage I was expecting & today my back is extremely sore. They say they are 'massage therapists', which they clearly are not. They are rude, don't listen to your requests and are definitely untrained.

I don't think it's worth the 5 star reviews. The first time I've had a full-body massage fully clothed... The massage itself was decent but completely impersonal and ubiquitous shopping centre massage. No curtains between massage beds and no sound barrier to the rest of the shopping centre so its pretty noisy. No I wouldn't go back

Had a group of four and Li’s was able to accommodate us same day. Got a deep tissue massage and they were really able to iron out the tight spots. Feeling super refreshed!

Great deep tissue massage. Yuni was my massage therapist and her skill and technique are truly exceptional. She was able to relieve tension and knots in my muscles like no one else. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. Yuni is a true expert in her field, and I can't recommend her highly enough!
