Amazing location..close to the station and amenities. Highly recommend this area for office space. They have a concierge desk and a good building management. There are couple of pubs in the vicinity for the convenience of the residents. There's a huge Tesco on one side of the complex & the beautiful canal towpath on the other .. Right across from the complex is Hilton, Embankment One and Bridgewater Place. Both the city centre and the Crown Point Shopping Park are a 10-15 mins walk away. A major residential complex surrounds the area and is an added advantage for working professionals Of all the spaces that I saw, I was the happiest with the benefits of this one !

Nice city centre park, they normally put out deck chairs through the summer as a social place for people to sit

Nice well kept green space in the city. Friendly dog walkers too. It also has a little water flow for dogs to drink out of, although I don't think it's intended for that.

🫤 The ponds are located at the northern end of Tarnfield park , just off the main footpath around the Tarn itself. There is a sign which indicates a good diversity of Flora and Fauna ,however I get the impression it’s a bit of a neglected area. The footpath leading in next to the sign is ok and wheelc...
