Best pub I go to on my walks. Absolutely rammed today, Saturday afternoon (25.11.2023). Still a great welcome from the family when I pop in from time to time. They always remember my drink 🍻 which is really nice.

A warm and friendly, down to earth pub with good food, and service with a smile. Outside area front and back on a hot day nice to sit outside with a cool drink. Dog friendly too is a bonus and wheelchair friendly. Has a separate pool table room and if you have a love for sport. Then this is the pub for you! Don't walk or drive passed West End pub without giving it a try. Lovely quaint pub. You will be pleasantly surprised! 😀

So not welcomeing tried going to the quiz and got told to leave because the landlady condons woman beating when my partner trying to help someone she got told to leave and only wanted to do the quiz but got told to leave the landlord was nice guy but she was so rude when trying to defend someone who's getting beat up by there parent so I would not recommend anyone to go in

Nice friendly pub, great atmosphere. Open mic night so live music, dog friendly. Not sure the dog was allowed on the seats but she was very cute so I actively encouraged it.
