I had an amazing experience. The staff is so kind and great at what they do. I had 6 microneedling sessions and have seen amazing results on my acne and acne scars. I had major acne scars and they are much smaller. My skin is not perfect but much much much better. I can finally leave the house without makeup. ♥️

A great team. They do their job perfectly. I tried skin care first. hydrafacial.. wow. amazing. From the first session, I can observe how my skin has healed. I was biased at first. but when I saw the environment and the results, I didn't even think to try another place. then I tried lumière pulsé with the information of my esthetician. My first try was free.😎✌️ Even in the first session, I saw that my hairs were reduced. And I purchased my package. After all, the price is very reasonable. Anyway, in summary, I am very, very pleased. I would definitely recommend.

One star because I can't give less. I wasn't satisfied at all with the results. Black spots always present on my face. A homemade mask can give me better results than what they've done. I do not recommend at aaaalllll

Extremely disappointed with the service at Hazel Concept. I scheduled laser session with them, I prepared for the session by shaving.... as instructed, only to have my appointments abruptly canceled at the last minute despite receiving prior confirmation. Their excuse for the cancellation was illogical and lacked any consideration for the inconvenience caused. It's evident that this establishment doesn't value their clients' time or uphold professionalism. A complete disregard for commitments and customer respect. Avoid at all costs
