I enjoyed visit here enormously. Especially the part devouted to musical instruments. Be prepared for lots of kids trying to sell you a packet of dates, nt in a blatant way. Very amiable kids. Authentic feel.

Tissergate Museum of Traditions is a valuable asset to the region regarding cultural awareness and preservation of ancient values. This great ethnographic museum has to be part of any visit to Draa valley. The welcoming guide invites everyone to explore the several rooms filled up with artifacts, objects, maps, clothing, and daily life utensils to understand the different tribal complexity of this part of Morocco.

One of the best museums I have visited in Africa so far. It has a good collection of tools, music instruments and information about the daily life and habits of the Draa Valley's people. It is indeed a good beginning for learning about this fascinating culture and tradition. The house which hosts the museum it is a museum in itself as it is made in the traditional way inside of the kasbah. The guardian is been very kind, opening the place just for us. I enjoyed the visit and i recommend the visit to anyone who is keen to get a bit deeper down during his visit than seeing the beautiful marrocain landscapes.

Very good experience. It has been very interesting, our guide Saaid was kind and he explained us many information about the town, pottery and the coran school. Completly worth it!
