I’m very disappointed of my stay in the four season Marrakech. Just so you get to know me, I’m a frequent traveller. I travelled in more than 50 countries, mainly in 5 stars and take the plane more than 20 times a year. The service in this hotel was very disappointing. The check out was terrible, the lady at the desk was extremely disrespectful. She talked to us like we were some kind of peasants. She was haughty and she treated us badly just because I’m in my mid twenties and I look young. During the check of the bill, many mistakes could be found on the bill. The same lady at the desk tried to make us pay for the mistakes and fortunately for us, her colleague was there and talked to the lady so she could understand that it was a mistake. The lady saw us as thieves, and she was so mean in the way she talked to us that I would probably not come again in a four season just for that reason. I will not hesitate to talk about what happened to my surroundings and sadly for this brand, my surroundings are very good customers of the four seasons hotels. For nearly a 1000$ a night I would expect a better treatment.

A fantastic resort with beautiful lush gardens spread over a vast estate combining classic hotel rooms with pavilion style suites. From a facilities point of view the hotel has three restaurants and two large pools separating adults and families. The rooms and suites themselves are generous in size and classically decorated encompassing beautiful bathrooms with walking showers and deep sunk baths. As with all Four Seasons the staff and service are peerless. The attention to detail is meticulous and they will take care of all your needs sometimes before you even think about it.

We traveled there during Christmas a couple years ago. The resort felt like a true oasis when we came back from the bustling old city of Marrakech. We enjoyed the view to the lush landscape of the resort and the Atlas mountains in the backdrop (photo attached). We were initially surprised that they are charging extra cost to use the tennis courts because those are always free to use in every Four Seasons resort in Asia that we stayed, but it became understandable when you consider the guest mix there.

We have never had a better hotel stay in all our years of travelling. Don't leave!! Our upgraded accommodations were beautiful and peaceful, with a view of the garden, and the service we had throughout was outstanding. Very comfy bedding. The inclusion of admittance to a beat museum in the bundle came as a nice surprise. We like the pub's inviting atmosphere and handy location. We will return without a doubt.

We enjoyed the most incredible time here. The grounds and rooms are marvelous, clean, well appointed and immaculately taken care of. However, the hospitality is what truly stood out to us. Badr (M) who we met upon arrival is the best in his business. His manner and way of working with guests is second to NONE. We can’t wait to return and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Congratulations!

Loved our stay at this hotel. We were upgraded to two spacious connecting rooms for our family with outdoor gardens. The service throughout the hotel was fantastic! The pool is stunning and always had space available and the service there was wonderful as well! The buffet breakfast was adequate but could be expanded to include more items. Location was 10min drive from the Médina. Would highly recommend this hotel!!

Amazing place, caring staff and very tasty food .

4 stars because I was visibly ignored when I arrived at the restaurant. A menu was handed to me but I wasn’t served until about 30 minutes later. I had to call someone to attend to me. Beautiful property nonetheless. One staff was really nice offered to take my pictures as I was alone. Food was also nice. I recommend. But please work on the customer service. I feel like I was ignored based on skin color. I could be wrong but, that’s what it looked like as a bunch of folks arrived and were served faster & before me who arrived earlier than them. Would have been 5 stars but I’ll give 4 because of that factor which I am being generous with. Otherwise would have been 2 stars.

Beautiful resort. Service is not consistent though. Food was very good and relatively decent pricing for a 5 star resort. Beautiful surroundings, gorgeous pool. Rooms are bit outdated. Overall I’m not sure if it offered the best value for money given how well known the brand is.

We stayed at this hotel where it was considerably less busy for the period of Aug. Overall this a very good hotel. Upon checking in we was told we had a free room upgrade. We stayed within the family complex areas where you’d expect lots of kids. The Pool area is really good. If your travelling with babies best to buy your own pool equipment. There isn’t much for kids less than 1 years old. Food and room service is quite costly compared to eating out. However because of the extreme heat it’s probably best dining indoors Hotel staff are very friendly always willing to help. Well mannered. They didn’t seem to have this expectations of tipping as some other hotels

The hotel is great. The rooms are super nice and comfortable. You get some nice little desserts in room, the dinning buffet area is great. The food is really good with lots of options, live music and great outdoor space to spend the evening when the hot sun has gone down. The pool area is also very nice. Good hotel for family and singles

This hotel is beautiful and quiet. Relaxing and very nice for families with their children to enjoy a swimming pool and nice food. As for the reception and service, the rooms are wonderful. I want to come again.

My wife and I had such an amazing experience at the Four seasons in Marrakech for our honeymoon. Thanks to the amazing staff for looking after us. Some really nice touches were the welcome drinks (fresh drinks when it's 39 degrees 😋) as well as poolside service which was excellent. I cannot fault anything that we experienced, it was exceptional. This place has such a calming feel to it, being in the middle of the city, you feel like you are on an island somewhere else. You really get what you pay for and will be returning for sure.

I loved this place so much. It's one if the best hotels I've been to! The atmosphere, the staff, the food, the decor. In short, Everything is exceptional!

Where to begin absolutely magical the staff were so very kind helpful and professional and the beautiful gardens with little spaces where you could just relax loved the suite with a nice splash pool to cool off after a lovely time by the swimming pool where you were so well cared for nice fluffy towels and lots of comfortable sun beds , and a nice healthy lunch when needed , night time also beautiful with the sound of water and lighting very beautiful , a trip to the Medina was great fun with shopping an amazing experience and when it's time to sleep the bed was dreemy all together a fabulous time for myself and my son. Looking forward to visiting again to celebrate my husbands and I wedding anniversary in the new year .thank you everyone who made our holidays so enjoyable .

I received outstanding service. The staff is extremely kind and attentive. They speak à perfect English, which is not always the case in the country. I highly recommend this hotel for leisure or business. I also loved the breakfast buffet.

Typical Four Seasons elegance and opulence. Pricey ! Rooms were OK but the wardrobe room was too dark ! Restaurant staff well trained. Food and wine service good. Concierge services good as well. The gym was spacious but had a "musty" odour.

Four seasons always out do themselves! Gave my husband and I a call ahead of time to ask if we were coming for a special occasion. Asked our time for check in, cleaned our room daily and restocked the towels. Always hold themselves to a high standard - highly recommend. Better than a riad!

An unparalleled experience with exceptional service and kind, caring and attentive staff. The facilities were clean and we felt safe at this time. The staff tended to our every need. Kacem was excellent at breakfast and came to know our order on the last few days making breakfast such a pleasant experience. The massages we experienced were fantastic and the spa was extremely clean. I would definitely visit four seasons Marrakech again when we visit again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay unforgettable!

Beautiful, serene hotel located a short drive from the center of town and the airport. The rooms are large and absolutely spotless. The hotel grounds are paradise. We particularly enjoyed the tours offered by the hotel, especially the Atlas Mountain day trip. The team was professional, friendly and always went the extra mile. Looking forward to visiting again one day.

If you need a Royal treatment, you should visit this amazing place. The experience there is worth every penny you spend. We had amazing breakfast at our balcony. The room was constantly beeing clean and the hotel is really beautiful. The service was very friendly and helped us with all we needed. The experience was great.

Good location, about 15mins driving distance to most of the tourist sites. Good food, good view. I did sense some inconsistencies on the service, most of the staff are very very friendly/helpful, few are less responsive/proactive. None of them are rude/unhelpful, but as a high-end franchised hotel, they deserve higher standards. I would say that’s a minus half star, not a whole star. But overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others.

Awesome hotel! Very friendly and good trained staff. Super calming and modern location - you feel like in the middle of a jungle. Expert tip: the day pass for pool access and high class three course lunch is only 650 Dirham per person.

These guys went above and beyond to make my trip incredible! Set up my days and made resos at all the best spots and set up the ride there and back. Moe at the front desk was amazing and planned every and Jamal the driver was incredible and took such good care of us. Seriously one of my favorite stays.

I have stayed at many luxury hotels and resorts but The Four Seasons Resort Marrakech has a customer service much better than most. The rooms and facilities are excellent but the most outstanding thing was the quality of staff. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble for the staff who went out of their way to be kind, polite and helpful. Whether it was summoning a taxi, arranging a guide or making a reservation at another hotel we became confident that everything would be taken care of. Well done ! The staff and hotel are a credit to the Four Seasons brand.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. The staff goes above and beyond to help. I had food poisoning before coming to morrocco, thinking it would be gone by the time I got here. A few days later, still a problem. My wife called to ask about a pharmacy she could go to, and they insisted they would go and bring everything I needed, and proceed to check on me after. The rooms were clean, large (booked a suite) with a beautiful balcony and view. The grounds are well kept and the security is top notch. Highly recommend

I just want to say WOW what an absolute treat this place is, my highlight was the spa and lunch. I highly recommend this, I cannot tell you just how splendid the hamam was it was such a treat and it was 5*. So peaceful and relaxing and perfect for peace and quiet 😀😀

People working (waiters, cleaners, everyone) were very nice & went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. We had some minor issues due to busy season but they truly went out of their way to make our stay wonderful & pleasant.

The entrance to the hotel was amazing, after checking we were escorted to our villa, a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool. We were welcomed with a huge welcome table after a long trip we needed that, snacks and goodies. In the room were traditional Moroccan clothes and slippers, I thought that was a nice touch to add. And of course they didnt forget the baby on board, was also welcomed with a baby kit and supplies, such as a changing mat and a baby bathtub, and also bath essentials. The villa was quite spacious and luxurious, well designed and great terrace with an out door sitting area and fire Place dining and sunbeds. The pool was a bit small but was OK for relaxing and cooling off. Nice kids club with different activities everyday and different themes. The breakfast was nice indoor/outdoors, the outdoor has a great view, the only thing was that the buffet was small and not much variety of food.. Overall the service was great and staff were very friendly.
