Did
the
day
trip
to
Ouarzazate
and
Ayt
Ben
Haddou
Pros
-
the
destination
is
cool
to
explore
-
beautiful
views
on
the
road
trip
passing
through
the
Atlas
mountains
-
guide
(Mohammed)
speaks
good
English
and
is
helpful.
He
was
also
friendly
and
interesting
to
talk
to
in
the
morning
-
the
vehicle
is
air
conditioned
-
other
tourists
were
nice
people
Cons
-
when
you
try
to
give
them
a
spot
on
Google
maps
that
isn't
named,
something
in
their
brain
breaks
and
they
are
incapable
of
finding
it.
To
be
fair,
this
is
something
I
encountered
multiple
times
in
marrakesh,
but
I
still
can't
figure
out
what
the
problem
is,
I
used
to
do
that
all
the
time
as
an
Uber
driver
or
political
canvasser.
Most
people
seem
to
use
popular
spots
in
the
old
city,
so
it's
rare
to
be
a
problem
-
it's
like
4
hours
both
ways
in
a
vehicule
which
I
found
cramped.
Although
I
enjoyed
the
destination
this
is
what
ruined
the
experience
for
me.
I
got
exhausted
from
this
aspect
alone
-
the
guide
seemed
weirdly
on
edge
-
they
drop
you
off
at
an
overpriced
restaurant
with
low
quality
(la
kasbah
d'or)
and
gaslight
you
on
it
lol
(super
disrespectful)
-
ayt
ben
haddou
is
a
super
tourist
trap.
Every
alley
of
this
ancient
place
is
filled
with
goods
to
sell
to
tourists,
which
was
a
major
disappointment.
People
aren't
in
your
face
about
it
like
in
Marrakesh/Fes
though,
it's
pretty
chill
-
at
the
end
of
the
trip
the
guide
insisted
I
give
him
my
phone
so
he
could
show
me
where
to
write
a
review,
then
told
me
to
screenshot
it
and
send
it
to
him
and
asked
about
it
repeatedly.
Nobody
mentioned
wanting
to
write
a
review.
Little
thing
that
was
actually
super
annoying
but
I
was
too
tired
to
say
anything.
-
personally
i
could
care
very
little
about
what
either
guide
had
to
say.
I
get
that
other
people
do
want
that,
but
please
when
I
slip
away
don't
say
anything
about
it.
I'm
the
one
paying
you,
not
the
other
way
around.
Before
you
ask
why
I
booked
a
tour
without
wanting
a
tour,
this
destination
is
a
bit
complicated
to
get
to
so
I
chose
this
for
the
convenience
of
transportation.
Like
I
said,
the
long
trip
is
what
ruined
things
for
me,
not
the
other
downsides
Recommendations
-
i
would
stick
to
tours
which
are
a
short
drive,
and
if
not,
think
seriously
about
how
you're
going
to
feel
after
half
a
day
in
a
car
-
don't
go
to
the
restaurant
they
recommend.
Walk
half
a
mile
and
find
something
better.
Don't
listen
to
their
BS
excuse
about
having
to
transport
fresh
food,
go
see
for
yourself
-
bring
a
book
for
the
ride!
-
tours
are
a
good
idea
if
you
enjoy
tour
guides.
If
you're
like
me,
consider
taking
a
bus
and
staying
wherever
you're
going
instead
-
the
2
star
rating
reflects
my
personal
experience.
I
wouldn't
say
it's
a
bad
company
or
impossible
to
enjoy.
