Phenomenal seafood. The lobster and stuffed crab were the best ever. The food receives the highest commendation. I was with a large group, so it took awhile to order and be served, but everything was worth the wait. If you want to try baobab juice, you can order that here as well. Live music made the dinner absolutely memorable and a wonderful experience. When in Morondava, make sure to pop in at this restaurant!

Delicious seafood and fish fillet. The calamares au pouvre verd are really good. Everything is so fresh. Prepare yourself for some real malgaxe 'mura mura' service, everything at it's own time! But worth the waiting

Prepare for seafood overdose, because the food are cheap, extremely tasty and huge size! Restaurant itself seems basic, but the live music is a highlight.

Service was very friendly and the seafood plate I had was huge and very tasty. Could have easily shared it between two people, esp with a side.

This place takes Mora Mora to another level. The service is slow - the restaurant was virtually empty when we arrived but it took a long time between being seated and having our order taken. Having said that, when you do get your food the seafood is really well cooked and very good value. Sit down, relax and don’t plan to go anywhere any time soon.

Loved it for the life music on Friday. I was excited due to previous reviews, but the food was just okay, not outstanding in my view. Soup felt powdery, fish missed flavour... and I ordered vegetables as a side dish which arrived after I finished my meal.

Terrible pizza and service. We were excited to eat pizza at Le Corail after reading a positive review in our guidebook, but were very disappointed. We arrived early before the dinner crowd, but the service was still poor. We could never get the waitress' attention and had to walk up to the reception desk to get anything we needed (including glasses, plates, and utensils after the waitress dropped off our pizza and walked away). The margarita pizza, which was supposed to include tomatoes, cheese and olives also had a thick layer of undercooked chopped onions under the cheese (should be called the onion pizza instead). The staff said the pizza was wood fired, but it had no char on the crust. Definitely better food and much better/friendlier service elsewhere in Morondava.

We came here after a long drive. Seafood platter was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would come here again.

Turist trap. Won't greet you or talk to you. Takes 90 minutes to get your order :( And paid 25$ for it.
