I have been customer for 6 years here, I always stayed nice and polite. But I cannot handle this anymore! Overall, the management is poor; respect to patients is missing; no explanation is provided at the time of the dispensation; the management is not flexible and does not listen to patient’s queries (it should be the opposite)… I have been a Staff Pharmacist for 6 years, and while being behind the counter my priorities were patient satisfaction, support and education. The management just misses these points and is just here to rush you out of the door. I strongly recommend to NOT use this “pharmacy”.

It’s making me give it one star but no stars is more than this store deserves. I have to use CVS for my prescriptions. But this is the absolute worst store. I’ve been here about 5 times and every time there is an issue. This time their systems are down so no one can get their scripts. I need mine because I have to take before surgery tomorrow. Their basic response is “too bad for you”. Horrible. Where is management in this store???

This place has the second most foul bathroom I have ever been in. I’ve had to use it a couple times and every time I enter it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned at all since the last time I went there or even in months. When I came in today I had to clean poop and pee off the seat with soap and water. On top of that there was no toilet paper and to substitute the toilet paper they put in tissues to blow your nose. I know for sure this is a healthy and safety violation. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone got really sick from that bathroom.

A fine CVS with at least one helpful employee. I swung by the shop when my son got sick after Thanksgiving. Besides the children's ibuprofen, they had lots of cosmetics, cleaning supplies, black Santas, White Santas, and 75% off Halloween candy. My kids are going to wonder why they received Halloween candy in their stocking, but the wifey will be stoked about the savings.

The new pharmacist is great. He has totally changed.the vibe in the pharmacy department. I would not recommend getting the Pfizer booster and the flu shot on the same day. Previously, I've had moderna and moderna boosters. I had no issues last year, when I got moderna booster and flu shot together, except for a sore arm and being a little tired afterwards. I have been out of commission since Tuesday. The only time I'm almost back to myself is when I take advil. I was on call yesterday and I was lucky I didn't get called in. I spent half my day in bed. Idk if the 2 booster are different but I tried to get moderna and it's unavailable. I will probably skip another booster, next fall, and just take te flu shot. I've never had a reaction to a vaccine. This is the 1st time and I've had to take the flu shot every year because I'm a nurse. The person who gave it was great but encourage people to split them. It's too much on the body, with Pfizer booster.

Pharmacy is ALWAYS chaos, and as a result, the entire staff is miserable, and they share their misery with customers. No eye contact, acknowledgment of ones presence or smiles. I've never thought highly of CVS. This location and it's miserable employees sealed the deal... will never return to a CVS. SHOP LOCAL PHARMACIES INSTEAD!!

People park here for other stores and residences making parking bad. The public bathroom toilet is clogged with paper towels and staff is indifferent. The pharmacists try hard and are helpful. The parking lot is littered and dumpster divers don’t help this. Edited review today the staff was pleasant and helpful this was early in the day. Parking was fine. The lot still is not perfect but better.

My son went into this location with his friends. They were constantly FOLLOWED by 3 management members, harassed and asked to leave because management thought they were going to steal merchandise. EVERYTHING is WAY overpriced!!!! When my son went to purchase his 2 items, the STORE MANAGER JONATHAN was rude and didn't give my son his receipt. When I went to return them JONATHAN wanted to give me a store credit which I refused because I refuse to give my money to a racially profiling store and rude, management staff. This store is WAY below standards with professional customer service and trying to turn the situation onto the customer instead of taking the responsibility HE was in the wrong along with his own MANAGEMENT team. Trust me, we will NEVER be patrons at this location ever again. Management needs to go back to school and learn how to do customer service and respect their customers.
