10-20-19. First time here. Greeted immediately. Seated quickly. Friendly hostess. The appetizer salsa&chips so fresh & tasty. My old-timer Burger with pepper jack cheese and fries where so fresh and good. Also, great sweet tea. Refills kept coming. Nice clean dining experience. Will return. UPDATE DECEMBER 2022 returned it was better than I remember food was very tasty drinks were fresh waitress kept giving refills great experience will return.

Our waitress was the so awesome today! I wish I could remember her name but I will never forget her face or service. I ordered the mini burgers with no dairy or bun. A side of guacamole and a bowl of southwest chicken soup! It was all delicious and I will be ordering it again.

Delicious, pleasant lunch! My partner and I met a very good friend for lunch in Morristown. This was a first visit to this Chili's location for all of us. In fact, the restaurant looked brand new and is the newest design and look for Chili's. The dining room is the new open concept with new decor and accents. This location also includes a full service bar. The building and parking area was well maintained and immaculate. The dining and bar areas were very clean. The men's restroom facilities were clean, however, on the day of my visit, the urinal was broken. The server and service was excellent. Our server was very efficient and friendly. On this particular visit, the grill was broken, so there was no beef dishes being served. Therefore, that helped all of us make a quick menu decision. I enjoyed my favorite Chili's meal; Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers with fries and steamed broccoli. My meal was served fresh and hot, absolutely delicious!! My partner enjoyed the Chicken Crispers dinner and our friend enjoyed a house salad with crispy chicken. The atmosphere was perfect and it is an excellent location to meet, visit and dine with friends. If you're in the Morristown area you have many food and dining options, however I strongly and highly recommend this Chili's location!!

Had an issue with my food and the manager went above and beyond to make it right! I was pleasantly surprised. Get service too. Our waitress was great! Thanks guys for doing a great job! Will be back!

So we’ve gone here a few times, and when I started going here, I noticed my waitress Shelby was mixing drinks in the bar, waiting on tables, helping other waiters with their orders on tables, busing tables. I couldn’t believe all the things she was doing and still staying on top of our table one of the best waitress I have ever had I will always recommend her. also, I asked for the manager to come over and told her sorry I don’t remember her name and there was a new hostess was very good to outstanding service.

Good Food!!! Dessert to die for... Hot chocolate lava cake with vanilla bean ice cream. Best part was having a meal with my Best Friend!!! Recent visit and ordered steak. Perfectly grilled, Loaded fries very good with lots of cheese and bacon. Excellent waitress. Glass never empty!

Food exceeded my expectations from past visits to the Chili's chain. Tasted good, cooked well. Steak was incredible. Just a little pricey.

We've had an issue with them bringing apps out after our food before but this last visit was great! Great food and atmosphere! And our server was great as well!
