First
visit
4/21
and
will
be
our
last,
especially
after
seeing
pictures
they
posted
on
their
fb
page
today
that
did
not
align
with
what
we
ordered.
Half
our
order
was
overcooked
and
inedible
which
means
we
wasted
$40
and
an
hour
drive
out
of
our
way.
I
was
excited
about
finding
out
about
their
food
truck
because
my
background
is
Puerto
Rican
and
I
missed
the
authentic
food.
The
girl
that
took
our
order
was
not
friendly
at
all,
she
took
our
order
with
zero
hospitality
and
the
owners
aren’t
friendly.
It
took
nearly
an
hour
to
get
our
food
which
was
to
be
expected
but
when
we
finally
got
our
food,
it
smelled
like
old
burnt
oil.
We
ordered
2
orders
of
alcapurrias
and
got
one
order
of
2
LARGE
ones,
both
overcooked
on
the
outside
and
still
wet
on
the
inside
and
tasted
horrible.
The
fried
pork
was
BURNT
and
we
could
not
eat
them.
The
mofongo
was
good
and
the
plantains
were
as
well,
but
that
was
it.
I
posted
a
review
on
their
page
and
they
ghost
responde
me
so
who
knows
what
they
replied
with!
The
pictures
they
posted
today
on
their
page
compared
to
what
we
got
was
inconsistent.
It’s
disappointing
because
I
was
excited
about
their
food
truck
but
I
will
never
return.
Consistency,
quality
and
hospitality
go
a
long
way.
Good
luck!
IN
RESPONSE
TO
OWNER:
Consistency
is
key
to
running
any
type
of
business!
People
have
a
right
to
share
their
experiences
about
a
food
truck,
good
or
bad.
In
this
case,
my
experience
was
not
good
and
I
am
in
no
way
shape
or
form
trying
to
“damage
your
image”
I
simply
wanted
to
share
my
experience.
I
hope
that
you
can
grow
and
learn
from
customers
because
what
you
have
is
AMAZING
for
this
area
and
I
have
dreamed
about
bringing
Puerto
Rican
food
here.
So
I
do
respect
what
your
doing
but
please
find
a
different
approach
when
it
comes
to
your
customers
and
definitely
pay
more
attention
to
the
food
that
goes
out
to
customers.
Being
kind
and
inviting
goes
a
long
way
here.
Many
blessings
to
you,
your
family
and
your
food
truck.
Wepppaaaaa!!!!
