Unfortunately did not have a great experience with this salon. The first stylist cancelled on me 3 times (all day-of or hours before my appointment) over the course of months and then finally said she could not schedule me based on her hours and referred me to another stylist. It was very disappointing and I would have appreciated better communication up front about her hours rather than dragging me along for months. She referred me to another stylist who then cancelled on me again day-of my appointment. I understand things come up but I will no longer try to get a hair cut from this salon again just based upon my experience with these stylists. I have needed a hair cut for months at this point and tried to be patient but this was unfortunately very poor business handling.

Went there today for a quick trim. Could not believe what I realized when I got home. Bangs=Uneven and way to short. I asked for my bangs to frame my face (which is very popular right now) and she didn’t cut those right. And they were to short so I couldn’t go somewhere to even fix them. Also realized that at the ends of my long hair, on one of the sides, there is a random long piece. I talked to the person who did my hair about having trust issues when it comes to people doing my hair, now she is one of them, which is very disappointing. Price definitely comes with quality, and the overall experience I had could have been better.

I decided to give myself quarantine bangs yesterday and they were a hot mess. I went in and saw Alison and she did amazing! She helped me figure out what I wanted and went along with crazy ideas I had midway through her cutting my hair. She was very professional and helpful and the price was great. Will for sure be going back!

I went in to get a trim on my exciting hair cut and let Lisa Noel the owner of the salon talk me into cutting my hair short that was my bad ,not only did she cut my hair so short and uneven that I can’t do anything with my hair now , I think if it had been a good style of a hair cut I could have been able to do something with it Not only did she not listen to me she gave the worst hair cut I ever had,but shame on me for letting her talk me into it so please women beware of her hair cutting skills,not what is posted on her website. I have cried for days over my hair cut looking so bad ,and I hope Lisa Nole is readying this post and I hope this post helps someone who is think about letting her cut your hair.

Regi Yarborough! She is a fantastic stylist, and very attentive and warm. She carefully attends to your every comment or request. The entire staff is friendly and make you feel welcome.
