    Member since they've opened. Consistently have provided safe, effective and efficient training. Down to earth, passionate owners and coaches. And they let me play Toto from time to time.

    The coaches are extremely helpful and understanding for people wanting to try CrossFit , they are with you every step of the way to be sure you are getting the results you want and to be sure you are lifting properly to avoid getting hurt.
