William was funnest and friendliest server and gave us all a good laugh and made our day. He is awesome!!

This is one of the best Culver's I have been to. It was clean. Employees were great. Food was quickly made and brought to our table. We will be visiting this one again!

Great food, great service. The streets are a little funky, though, and so it's hard to get to if you're not a local. Prices seemed high, but that might be the new normal.

Not happy about the number they gave me instead of food, but it didn't take to long for my order. My chicken fingers were gritty and not well cooked, I ate them but was very underwhelmed. The store was clean and appeared to be organized. Drive through was crazy busy so I went inside (11:15AM). Update, 10/15/2023 dinner 5PM, Nicely greeted from the counter, gave our order to a very nice obviously well trained employee. I ordered a dbl burger with cheese, onion rings, drink and a very nice turtle sundae. Food was delicious but CRAZY EXPENSIVE ($43.00 for 2 meals) service was spot on. Looking for an available table they were all filthy. Picked the least filthy one, wiped it down with a napkin as best I could. The drink station was clean and well stocked. Food was brought out quickly, order was accurate, complete and still hot. I would like to eat here more often but my social security only comes once a month.

Andrew the manager was fantastic helping us get our car unlocked. We had left the keys in it. Thank you so much. God Bless Andrew and the Police officer Connor for their helping us! Thank you Jesus for providing the help!

Food was great but I was bummed to see they were out of root beer. I had a tenderloin basket with fries. The whole meal was delicious.

Ill start by saying that the manager was cool and did his job. Not only was I served a RAW burger, but the latin looking teen cashier with braces and French braids and the skinny white girl doing the shakes had nasty attitudes when I commented to them about the burger, because they were staring at me like I was crazy.. They commented that they dont care about Culvers, even though they represent the company. I found that very unsettling. Culver's has lost the standards it used to uphold, and its just full of ungrateful snobby teens who don't give two damns about the customer or the business. That will definitely be my last visit to any Culver's. And the burgers should all be timed when they're being cooked in a fast food restaurant, to make it easier to do bc of the fast pace.. but hey what the hell do I know

I love Culver's, my #1 place. However, every Culver's that charges for a tomato or whatever their excuse is when redeeming free kids meal gets 1 star, IT'S ILLEGAL, UNETHICAL, AND CHEAP AS HELL. STOP IT !!!

Tuesday night 8:23 PM it’s taking 20 minutes or more to get two chocolate soft serve scoops. Management needs to triage orders to keep the orders moving. A scoop of ice cream should not take this long. This was after waiting in the right lane, that closed just prior to reaching the cashier. Then having to get in the back of the open lane. I should have taken that as a sign to leave then.

We went on a bus trip and stopped here on our way back home. They were quick and efficient and everything was hot! Hats off to a small crew that fed a bus full of adults quickly with zero mistakes

Always great service, involved in the community. Love taking my kids here, the staff always goes out of their way to help!

Great butter burger and fries. Servers were very friendly and capable. Took a little while to get our food, but was worth the wait!

I didn't go in, I went through the drive thru. They are always nice. The food came out quickly and was fresh. All fast food restaurants need to apply culver's ideals to their restaurants

The burger was good. It's a smash burger, if you get the deluxe it comes with lettuce and tomatoes. The cheese did not add anything to the burger ☹️. Culver's is based out of Wisconsin so why not offer Wisconsin cheese, maybe a mild cheddar? Overall everything was good. I would definitely go back.

An Employee threw a melted ice cream cone in my car. I’m looking into making them pay for the cleaning. Don’t go here, they are absolutely horrible!!! How is the staff allowed to do stuff like this and keep their jobs?

My wife and I were out for a drive and decided to get a couple of cement mixers. Unfortunately whoever made them was feeling selfish and didn't want to share any toppings with us. I guess my bad that I didn't go in and complain on the spot. I thought there were scoops with predetermined sizes but perhaps not. The Peoria location on N. University by the Metro Centre does a pretty good job with cement mixers. Maybe I'll stick to going there and avoid the Morton store altogether!

3-4pm: I just want to say the food was good but the front counter staff got an attitude or something. Two different employees sounded rude when we got our food at our table and even kicked me twice as if im in the way…

U would be a fool to go anywhere else in the Morton area to get fast food. Burger King? Nope. KFC, it’s a miracle they’re still open. McDonald’s, laughable. Taco Hell, I mean Bell? Nah… Arby’s? Meh, on a good day they’re ok. Culver’s is the best fast food place in town. I’ve had hot and fresh food from them since I moved into the area 5 years ago. They never disappoint. Tonight, I had a chicken sandwich and it was very good. Still hot when I got it home. Fries were good too. I’m also glad they were able to give me superb food even though I placed my order 30 mins before closing. It was just what I needed, as I work second shift and there’s not a lot to choose from. After a certain time, a lot of these places are closed, and ur left with nasty places with bad service or going to the grocery store, and I just don’t have the energy to cook. Anyway! Eat at Culver’s if u want a good meal!

Stopped in for supper and have to say the staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, the service was right on! My order was correct and hot, just the way it should be!!! The Butterburger is great with Chees Curds!!!

Culver's is one of the best fast food restaurants out there. Every time I go there I always get great service and also great food. I am happy to say that this culver's is no different. If your in the area or just visiting Morton, I suggest going here!

Food is AMAZING, the bacon butter burgers are always a hit! Restrooms were very clean and employees are friendly! Super exciting to hear there’s a new Culver’s coming to Washington! Trent is also super friendly and nice and a great worker!!

No complaints here. My food was hot, fresh, and delicious. And the staff was polite and friendly.

I ordered a double butter, burger, basket with fries and a cheese cup and onion rings. But did not receive my fries, so the cheese cup is pointless.

My girlfriend and I went through the drive through this evening and the food was delicious and the service was excellent, my concern is for the young people delivering the food outside in a cold rainy very windy evening and they were not provided the proper attire for their jobs,a rain jacket or umbrella. I sure hope these dedicated young ladies and gentlemen don’t get sick. Management needs to address this issue ASAP!

Very good Culver's, friendly staff. How can Culver's get your order correct near 100% of the time? I don't know, but they do. Chili is tops.

We frequent this Culver’s almost every week and we’ve noticed that while the food is good, the customer service has really declined. On several occasions we’ve waited for our food so long that the servers didn’t believe me when we told them we hadn’t received our order. They had taken my receipt to the kitchen, so I had no proof of my order. I spoke with several people before one decided to take action and fill our order. That was, I would say a 45minute wait. Today, the same thing happened and after speaking (when we could get someone to listen) we were told it was coming. We again waited and asked for management and she yelled out that she could not leave the kitchen. We did eventually get our food…part of the order was wrong, as well as ice cream order was wrong. We do love Culver’s, but this store needs some work.

If you go to Culver's you know that it's expensive, so this review is beyond that. The staff was friendly and nice and there was a mistake but they corrected it with no issue. The food is always a good quality and my family really enjoys it.

We had not been here before and decided to try it. The burgers were good, we also got a shake it tasted different than most other shakes, almost like they blended whip cream inside the shake. The fries I was not impressed with. First time here and they were cold upon pulling them out of the bag when the rest of the food was warm also very bland tasting I actually just threw them away.

I’ve been here a handful of times and have yet to have a negative experience. Always clean, quick and friendly. What more could you ask of a fast food chain?

Usually this Culver’s is on top of things and provides quality and timely customer service and food; however, this was not our experience this evening. The person working the drive thru was not friendly and we waited over 20 minutes for a small custard. Once we received our custard, it was completely melted. Very disappointed with our visit.

Food was ok. However after eating went to restroom before leaving and an employee came out of a stall , went back to work without washing their hands. This is a reason enough for me not to return if employees handle my food this way.
