I’m not a fan of the dentist but Primary Dental made it a pleasant experience for me. The reception lady was very helpful and Dr Valeria Julianto was excellent. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease and talked me through everything she was doing. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Highly recommend!

Dr Valeria Julianto is thorough, attentive, efficient and am very pleased with her work and advice. Not just for me but the children too. Valeria is caring, fun and has a great way with my teenagers and younger one. I would recommend Dr Julianto to anyone.

My mum is terrified of the dentist, but when she was suffering a tooth abscess I took her to see the incredible Dr Julianto. She fixed mum’s problem with a gentle tooth extraction and took wonderful care of her pre and post. All staff members including the wonderful receptionist added to the sense of calm and myself and my mum can’t thank everyone enough for all they have done. Definitely a recommended practice if you are looking for a fantastic dentist.

I had to have extensive dental work after a not so friendly dentist scared me as a child. I’m now in my 40’s and was ashamed to smile. My first visit with Dr Craig Taylor dispelled all my fears and most importantly, he never judged me. I had many teeth removed (some that were in pieces) and not once did I experience any pain or discomfort. He explained everything beforehand and never made a move without ensuring the anaesthetic was working properly.
