This was the worst experience with a Medical "professional". I booked an online appointment for a standard consultation with Dr Fayez Habib. I arrived at the Medical Centre at the right time and had to wait for over 40 minutes to get my turn from my actual booked time. When I finally got called in Dr Habib asked what I was here for and i specified I had concerns for a painful lump at the back of my neck and also to print a new referral for my chronic injury. Dr Habib proceeded to print the referral and hand it to me. When I asked for the lump to be checked out he said that it was busy and he wasn't going to check. I was told to book another day. A lump in your neck region isn't a joke it could be fatal and the way he acted is completely unethical and not how a Doctor should ever act. It is evident that Dr Habib prioritises the number of patients to get through and making his money rather than the quality of the consultation and fixing the issues of patients. This is further exemplified by the fact that I called him last month for a telephone consultation and he genuinely said "come in person, thanks bye" for a call that merely lasted 13 seconds. This ensured he would get paid for it at the expense of not helping me fix my medical concerns. NEVER go to Dr Habib he will scam your health just to get through patients and earn his money. 0/5 stars deserved!

Do not go here if you value your health or sanity. Dr Lok continually created barriers against my request to complete a form, and for 2 referrals. We went round in circles several times where I had to explain the vast differences between what I had said, and what he seemed to think I asked for. Initially he flat out refused all 3 telling me to see my own GP. Didn't give me the chance to explain that I had related documents with me. Didn't take into account that as a doctor, he should have the ability to assess the person standing right in front of him (it's true, doctors have been known to do this) Why would I even be here if I had my own GP? Doesn't listen. Doesn't discuss for further info (or even provide an opportunity to hear there is further info). He had me wait in reception while he 'called to find out if I was eligible' for one of the referrals. Too many examples of him not listening. Wound up with Dr Lok and the receptionist loudly telling the whole reception my private medical concerns under the guise of clarifying things with me (Any vocal teacher would be proud of their projection). While sitting here typing this, 20 minutes later, the receptionist seemed keen to start an argument with me, repeating things discussed earlier. I didn't bite, and after going round in circles, and me literally asking her 3 times 'why are you talking to me, are you providing new information, do you need anything from me?' Eventually she asks if I still wanted the doctor do see if I was eligible for the referral. She also used this opportunity to again announce to the whole reception my private medical concerns. Apparently the "doctor" didn't do this as he said he would. So he doesn't listen or communicate, and he's an unreliable liar. 10 minutes later we're doing a rudimentary questionnaire so I can get this referral, he's rude and seems intent on further wasting my time. Asked him to start the questionnaire instead of repeatedly circumlocutoriously describing it. He threatened to call security to throw me out, so I asked him why didn't he just ask me to leave, and suddenly we're down to just getting on with it. 10 questions later I had one of the referrals I came for. Going elsewhere for the other stuff. Huge waste of time, incompetent, unhelpful, antagonistic (both doctor and receptionist). Wish there was a zero star option. Never again.

Doctor was 45 minutes late for my telehealth call. They do caution that they may be running late, which is understandable. Though 45 minutes is just ridiculous! She didn't apologize or acknowledge her tardiness despite me saying three times how inconvenient this wait made my afternoon. To add further insult, she said the chemist downstairs would have my script in 1 hour or less. But when I went there 2 hours later, they had no idea what I was talking about and spent 10 minutes searching all over their store until I rang the receptionist who had it sitting right in front of her the whole time. I raced up to get it and there was no more than 4 patients sitting in the waiting room with 3 ladies sitting behind the desk.

Had never been before but would never go back. Booked online for an appointment which was an easy process. Once i arrived at the place it looked dirty and not maintained at all. When we finally got to see the doctor, we had barely got into the doorway of the room and the dr was asking questions which i answered no too, then he said well whats wrong?, like we were wasting his time. We then sat down to start the consultation and he didnt even close the door. Looked at my son for 30 seconds with no care. Dont waste your time going here

Horrible service from the GP I was put with this time. During my last visit, I had a great experience only to be severely disappointed this time. The GP was dismissive, not taking into consideration my concerns regarding my symptoms. They asked me (the patient) about my symptoms and then completely ignored them, not doing their job whatsoever. I had to firmly ask for a blood test and even then the person taking my blood test ignored every single question I had and even tossed me the pen to sign the form rather than communicate with me in a polite or civil manner. The reception team were friendly and cordial enough but the doctors were horrible. Do not recommend.

We have had previous lovely experiences with Dr Sandya and Dr Selvy, however I am so disappointed with the service we received today. We visited the medical centre with my 5 year old who had a bleeding head injury and we go turned away due to a post viral cough he has.. despite showing them his negative COVID test results. If we had known this was how things were going to be like, we would have just saved time and gone to the hospital instead. We didn't even ask to see the doctor, we requested to see the nurse, and despite being told to wait for the nurse (who currently had one patient before us), they sent out a useless doctor instead. So off to the hospital with a bleeding head wound. Well done Carlingford court medical centre. Here's another negative review to add to the rest.

I have very bad experience this center and find totally change management as well as service than before . Dr Sandya Wanigaratne was our family doctor from 2007 to 2010. She is great doctor and we are with her when she was paramatta Westfield. However , we moved far way from paramatta in 2010 and we miss her . However, early this year we move again Carlingford . My nephew (international students} also live with us . My nephew has issue in his left toe and I personally go Carlingford center and take appointment with Dr Sandy date 10th January 2022. However, when my nephew go to visit Dr sandy reception put him different doctor name Dr Selvavathy Anandakumar . She checked my nephew and give medicine and advice if not work come and need to surgery . In 18th my nephew again goes to visit her as medicine not works but he did not get her appointment and reception arrange her appointment 20th January(today). However, when my nephew go to visit her he find different doctor name Dr F Seema Siddique and she send him Ryde hospital . My nephew go to Ryde hospital and than from Ryde hospital again give him another referral letter and asked him to go GP and find the surgent and book for surgery date . My nephew international student and he has to pay consultancy fee from his pocket for every visit 2 time this center $70 each=140 and Hospital $154 , Altogether $284 . However , he did not get proper service again he need to go visit GP and pay consultancy fee and organize to find a surgeon for his treatment . I am totally confuse, how to he get treatment . I have all papers and looking for solution can anyone help.

Dear All, I am so grateful for the timely, effective support provided by the Carlingford Court Medical Center. I had ongoing problems in recording my International Covid Vacination records into the Aussie system. Melanie at the reception was provided details of the problem, Melanie closed the issue within an hour, working in her own after hours time. My International COVID record were accurate and up to date in the Aussie system, also I was copied the document. Also my step mom Brunie is always looked after well by Dr Chang. A special thank you to the staff at the medical center.

Dr Habib at the medical centre is one of the best doctors. The way he helped my husband during his lowest period is amazing. He listened to him very patiently & with deep empathy. His experience & the way of managing the treatment was very humane & personal. His concern & constant follow ups are just so heartening! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an understanding & expert GP.

Ease of booking an appointment online via a Hotdoc portal, or direct phone call. Good customer service experienced, with a follow up text 1 day before the selected booking time. The counter staff (receptionists) here are knowledgeable, friendly and inviting. The medical staff are quite approachable and put the patient at ease, with the ability to share banter and brighten your day. A pleasant medical practice to seek medical care from. Thank you Team.

Recently visited this medical Centre. Respectful staff and timely visit. Dr. Karim was amazing! Absolutely recommended. They also have bulk billing for specific patients, so check in advance. Otherwise, the gap fee is not high ($30).

Doctor was not helpful at all. I asked for his help to assess me for my disability parking permit post knee surgery. He said he was uncomfortable helping me because he didn't know who I was (even though I brought all of my surgery documentation for him and been on their medical records since the age of 5). Seemed like he just wanted to swipe my card, brush me out of the door so he could go home early.

It's the most terrible experience to see doctor Steven Lok. I booked 10:00am for my son. We're his first client. We wait for him until 10:45am. He didn't say any apologies. I started to tell him my son has blocked nose and cough. He asked me whether we did covid test. I told him we did the antigen rapid test at home and it's negative, But I forgot to bring it. He said we couldn't come in if we have cough and asked us to come out! We did the test, otherwise we will not attend the booking. We have took my son waiting for him almost 1 hour. Now you asked us to go! I can understand Covid Test is necessary but he didn't give us any more explanation and ask us to go. It's the worst and irresponsible doctor I have ever seen. It's the first time to book him, and now I understand why his column got more available time.

Online appointments are easy and you can choose a lot of schedules from different gps. Had a consultation with dr. Habib. He is very accommodating and listens to you and doesn’t cut you off when you speak. I appreciate dr. Habib for calling me and gave a feedback on my bloodworks. It was easy and fast. Thank you dr. Habib! 😊

We moved to the area couple of month ago and we requested to transfer all our medical details from the old medical center to Carlingford Court Center. Which we paid for it. I visited this center this morning and realised the information was not transferred to the center. The receptionist lady called the old medical center and rectified everything in 10 minutes. The service was very impressing and friendly. Dr. Selvi was very keen to know about my previous condition as well as answered all my queries. Sometime I feel the doctors in hurry to get the next patient so each person only have less 15 minutes. But I didn't feel this with Dr. Selvi. Waiting was a little bit long. my booking was at 9 AM and saw the dorctor at 9:40 AM. When I turn up the center, the waiting was full. but when I got out there were only 4 people waiting. I guess I booked myself at busiest time slot.

I was on Bulk Bill till date. The administration has forced the doctor to charge extra. Not happy with the out of pocket charge for the doctor visit. This place is now just another place which is interested in money minting and not patient wellbeing. Now I will avoid the doctor to save money and may land 😕 in the hospital because of delayed medical attention.

Doctors are all great. But unfortunately, extremely poor service, the behaviour of the front desk staff on weekends, it's unbelievablely rude and unacceptable attitude. I had been standing in the line to wait for the front desk staff for logging in a booking for me to see the doctor. I had been standing there for 25 minutes. She basically ignored me , doing whatever she is doing. I had politely wave my hand or hi to her, she ignored me. She is with mid length black hair, glasses , Cantonese. Age 55+-70. And finally she was happy to serve me , roughly grab my Medicare card off from my hand , using a rude tone to ask for details, not one apologies for a patient who is standing in the line for almost 30 minutes. She even said, in the weekends it's like this , I am the one who designed to see doctor at weekend. Overall, the rudeness ever staff I have seen in this medical centre.

I normally came to this Centre for kids vaccines and family health check, but not good experience this time. I booked GP for my routine blood check, the GP printed the pathology form as soon as he knew I came for blood check. He didn’t ask any questions about what blood test do I need and why I need it. I asked him what blood test in the form, he answered me it’s everything and said bye to me. I don’t need unnecessary blood test, I only concern about my BSL and vitamin D level which are abnormal from my last test. How can the GP doesn’t check and consult the patient before prescribing? I am doubt his professional. Never book this GP again!

Such a great place to have a medical appointment. No hassle at all! Their receptionist are very polite and professional. Thank you for Dr. Guo and he was able to explained to me very well regarding my medical concern. Teresa was also a good nurse! She make sure that I am comfortable while I'm having my vac shots. Also, thanks to Antonette for getting my blood collection painless.

I have been really happy with this medical facility. Sure, it can get busy at times but the appointment system works well and the receptionists are polite and efficient which helps. In particular, I am very grateful for exceptional care and professionalism of Dr M Karim.

Dr Stephanie Weinrauch has been my GP for over 10 years. During the past 10 years, I received good health care advice and support from her. She is very professional and take time to listen to my concerns. She always comes up with good explanation to my queries and makes sure I am being looked after not only by herself but also other allied health care workers. Moreover, she is very respectful to anyone. Therefore, I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a caring doctor.

Very nice staff and apologised for delays. The doctor was very good and asked questions that made me feel as though he knew his profession, which I haven't always sensed. An overall pleasant experience.

Not very happy with this latest experience. The receptionists moved my appointment from 1.30pm to 5.15pm without notice. I requested the doctor to see me at my original time and waited until 14.15 pm to be able to see her. The doctor ended up in such a hurry to check my conditions. Plus I need to pay the extra gap fee which I feel not worth it. If I have other option I will go to other clinic.

My experience with Dr Habib was incredibly distressing. Called because I have covid and wanted antivirals due to a pre-existing condition of reactive airways disease, he told me it was too expensive for me and to just call an ambulance if my lips turn blue before hanging up on me

The front desk staff at medical centre seemed to be very proactive and helpful trying their best to give a good customer service regardless of the busy environment. The patients get a warm welcome and offer seating while they wait for doctors. They are happy to print the medical reports once been requested and so forth. This is an overall good and combined team effort.

It was our first experience at this medical centre get a vaccine. As per the booking we got called in without too much wait. A quick chat with the Doc to go through our medical history and he called the nurse to inform her of an upcoming injection. We went out and waited for 45 min with no call from the nurse. Frustrated we checked with the reception and realised our names were not logged in the system to prompt the nurse to call our names. There was obviously a comms breakdown between the Doc and the reception. Either the Doc could have asked us to advise the reception or he himself could have done it. We were not impressed by the centre’s organisation.

The doctor that I met was probably one of the worst I've ever met. She did not take care to listen to my concerns. The worst doctor-patient interaction I've ever experienced. This was the first time I had an appointment with Dr Fong and it will definitely be the last. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I am happy with the service, efficiency, kindness and professionalism shown consistently by all staff at Carlingford Court Medical Centre and I have been a long term patient to experience this and am happy to put it in writing. The practice has had to recreate itself on multiple levels since January 2020 with Covid - and it's not going to lessen in importance as Covid is here in real time. I am frustrated after many visits over the years of suggesting to the staff to have the cleaners or handymen spray the office doors with oil or WD40 as the door hinges squeak and it is annoying. Maintenance and cleaning could be enhanced.

I made appointment in advance but still always have to wait for more than 1hour. I ask the receptionist how many patients in front of me ,he said 2,after half an hour I ask the receptionist, they said two ! I said I saw two patients walked in already ,why still two .they explained because two in front of me and another two files opened before . I really can’t get it. I definitely need to change my GP and go to another medical center !
