There are moments in life when you do not have the perfect brewing equipment at hand. That is the ideal time for a drip coffee or steeped coffee bags. I had the pleasure to taste four different coffees from STITCH COFFEE, two drip coffee bags: one Ethiopian single origin, and one blend (Higgs Filed). Furthermore, I got two steeped coffee bags: a Black Filed Blend as a “normal” black coffee, and the same Black Field Blend as a mocha with cacao nibs and husks. You just needed a mug, hot water, and a vessel to pour the hot water. That’s it. For the drip coffee bags, you just added 200 ml of hot water (95 degrees Celsius). The two steeped coffee bags had two different recipes: for the black coffee, you add 230 ml, submerge the bag and agitate for 15 seconds. Agitating is important! After 5 minutes your coffee is ready. For the mocha stepped bag, you use a little less water, 180 ml instead of 230 ml. That’s it again. Brew specialty anywhere at anyway without expensive state-of-the-art is possible. You also do not need to be a barista, no skills are required, no knowledge about grinding, such as particle size distribution, or flowrate. Simply brew great coffee. All coffees were very distinct: the Ethiopian single origin (Buki, natural) was slightly floral with notes of blueberries, red berries and milk chocolate in the aftertaste. You could clearly taste the origin country, the processing method. That was nice. The Higgs Field blend had a more traditional profile with chocolate notes. I added a dash of almond milk. That gave it a creamy, smooth texture. The coffee, although a filter brew, still cut well through the dash of oat milk, and it was a very tasty morning brew. Perfect in case you do not have all the brewing equipment at hand. The mocha was a huge, positive surprise: you could clearly smell the cacao nibs aroma and in the cup it tasted delicious, like the cacao nibs I received from Marysabel Caballeros for my WBC preparation in 2017. Great memories. I also added a dash of milk… and went to heaven! Soooooooooo good. #coffee #art #design #convenient

It was quite an unexpected that we bumped into this coffee shop while walking around the city. The design and decor were nice and modern and gave an inviting vibe for us to come and check it out. All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and coffee and they also took care of us really well. The iced mocha was a nice balance between chocolatey and coffee flavours. While the pour over was made correctly so that my friend told me it was nice and flavourful. After finishing the coffees, we ordered a soft serve which is made from their house blend. Unfortunately I didn’t like it as much because it lacks the coffee flavours and tastes very sweet and icy but not smooth. At the end, we got gifts to take home which was the drip coffee bags.

Great cafe with different options of Coffee Blends with excellent, super helpful staff. My toddler accidentally spill his babycino on the floor. The staff were so kind and clean up the floor without any fuss, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

This place does amazing coffee! My cappuccino was so frothy and creamy, the coffee bean used had a delicious coffee flavour as well. In addition, we had the soft serve, also was great!

U can choose the origin (flavour notes) for your coffee. Wild. Coffee menu instructions are so helpful + organised. Desserts look crazy good. Probably one of the strongest flavoured iced coffees I've had. They have brown sugar and plant based cups/stuff. Staff is so cute and nice. Also super cheap, same price as anywhere else

A seriously gorgeous fit out of a cafe located just right outside the pedestrian crossing at the Broadway Shopping Centre. The space is hip and inviting, and professional enough to have work meetings here. No hipster vibes here if you’re looking to have business conducted. Pastries are supplied by Tuga (a favourite amongst the leading cafes in Sydney - Single O & Sevens to name a few). Coffee by none other than these guys themselves - just perfect. And with an expansive retail offering for those looking to brew at home. Being three weeks in, their food menu is still being finalised, so am keen to try this in the coming weeks. It’s a five star and beyond for me. Highly recommended.

I was thoroughly impressed during my recent visit to Stitch Coffee Broadway. The staff exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service, showing genuine warmth and making my coffee experience truly delightful. Their expertise in coffee selection was impressive, as they not only served with a smile but also demonstrated extensive knowledge. Additionally, the café offers a delightful selection of pastries and croissants from Tenacious, one of my favorite bakeries. The coffee itself was a treat, boasting a smooth and creamy texture with a wide variety of roasts and blends to choose from. As a pleasant surprise, they even presented me with a super cute free gift.

Very well design place, from the entrance the vibe invites you in. The places looks that there was a concept put together in every detail revolving around coffee and a very good coffee in my opinion. A wide variety of single origin with tasting notes easy to understand and a side for attractive merch that you feel you want to get everything. My only reason to not give 5 stars was the food. Although it was tasty, my egg provolone sandwich was slightly salty. But nothing that would change my perspective of the place. Highly recommend coming for all coffee lovers that like a good vibe and well thorough designed place. I will come back

I come here about 3 times a week. We are really spoilt for amazing coffee in this neighbourhood but this place is one of my favourites - it’s consistently excellent and I always feel welcome.

What a great find. Love the care these guys take making each cup of coffee. Different brand to choose from and perfectly crafted milk. Super fresh pastries and definitely try the green avo toast.

Popped in since we'd tried Stitch coffee at a cafe. Lovely customer service - we weren't sure which beans to buy so they gave us some samples to try out which helped us decide what to get. Will definitely come back for more beans.

Awesome local coffee place. Great vibe, friendly owner/employees, and the coffee is one of the best in Sydney! Always fun to stop by and have a chat with the people here, they have so much passion for coffee and I always learn something from talking to them. Online orders during pandemic is fast and efficient too.

I have been frequenting Stitch on Saturday's and I have been blown away by the V60 pour overs!! The Ethiopia Muda Tatesa - lime leaf, mulberry and white peach is my fave!!! Pastries by Tuga are great too! If you enjoy coffee, recommend you go and visit !

I was excited to visit here after having had Stitch coffee at other cafes and it did not disappoint. Opposite Broadway shopping centre, this minimalistic yet cosy space is warm, inviting and aromatic. The staff are super helpful and friendly and make good suggestions for coffee based on what you want to order. The blends I tried (fruity & a more dense one) were both lovely. There is a small cabinet of pastries/sweets from Tuga which are excellent. Definitely a great place for a pick me up!
