DO NOT STAY HERE! I was left stranded in the dark and pouring rain at 9pm to a locked door. I had booked the night before and was told by the owner that I could check-in until 11pm. I sent them messages that I was there which they read and ignored, I called them 20 times to no answer. At 9:45 I was forced to walk the cold dark streets with all my luggage in a storm to find another hostel. There needs to be an option for 0/5 stars.

Excellent location just moments away from Star Grad and the Old Town. Locatiinally its also really close if your looking to come and go via self drive day trips. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, I felt very welcomed. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the shower lovely and warm with excellent water pressure. We had the breakfast the first morning and thought highly of this. Honestly as you can tell, I think very highly of this Hostel!

I made a booking, they took my money, I turned up and it was closed. Arranging emergency accommodation in Mostar was VERY difficult. Airbnb had to step in and help me.

Very nice and clean hostel, one of the most beautiful ones I've ever been to! It's greatly located and the staff is incredibly nice. Beds are very comfortable, showers and toilets always clean. The breakfast is absolutely sufficient for the price. Would definitely stay there again!

Long time before arrival, I was sending emails to the property inquiring about different issues, the hostel staff used to reply immediately. The hostel looks for modern, more like a boutique hostel. Washrooms are clean, beds are comfortable with clean sheets, rooms are spacious. Breakfast looked very delicious, unfortunately I didn’t pay for it because I had morning tours but it would be cheaper to eat in the hostel than eating out. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the old bridge of Mostar, it’s a bit of climbing a little hill though. I highly recommend this hostel and I would stay here again if I return to Mostar.

We stayed here last summer for 3 days. The staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly and chatty, which we enjoyed. Because it was off-season the two of us were given a room for >10 people. The room was amazing: lots of colours and fun personal touches, plenty of space, lockers installed and the beds were very comfy, as was the very spacious bathroom. Clean as well. A two minutes walk from the city centre and space to park your car for free. We were absolutely gobsmacked by the amount we had to pay- a ridiculously low amount. All in all, we enjoyed Mostar and Hotel StarMo very much and would highly recommend.

Nice, warm welcome, super friendly staff. Rooms are very clean and have a very fresh look - nice to relax. Very close walking distance to the historical city center of Mostar. Also there is space to park your car.

Really excellent and affordable hostel. One of the nicest ive seen. Rooms were spotless, beds very comfortable, AC!, and the staff was incredibly professional and accomodating. You can't go wrong here.
