This is a hidden gem in Lebanon that I had never heard of before sadly, but there are so many nice natural rock formations all along the cave. In the winter, they told us it floods and you can walk around the flooding cave. The tour guide gave us some nice and valuable information too.

Do not go there, the price now is 500.000 Lebanese Lira, just 5mins inside. Other grotto on the north just 10.000. Touristic trap. 🤬

It's not Jeita but still worth a visit, the guide is nice and explained the history of the cave and how it was discovered. The tour in total doesn't take more than 30 minutes. There's a shop at the end of the tour but the prices seemed a bit too high.

Beautiful place, not big as Jeita, but very interesting . Totally worth visiting. There is a guide who will tell you the history of the Grotte, very friendly. I recommend everyone to visit

The experience was amazing. The grotto is gorgeous and well taken care of. The tour guide explained everything clearly and even proposed to take photos. He answered all of our questions with enthousiasm. The aamo who takes care of the shop was very kind.

This is a very small grotto. Not sure if all is natural. Some looked man made. Anyway they could make it slightly cheaper because there’s not much to see .

Recommended if you are in the s Shouf area (coming up to or down from Deir El Qamar). The visit will take no longer than 30 mins. It is safe for kids and includes a guided tour. The grotto's temperature varies between 18 to 20 degree (nice to cool down in extreme heat).

Beautiful experience at Lebanon’s underrated grotto!! Definitely a must see! The entrance fee is for 15.000 LL (the same fee for students and non students).

Small grotto Visit will take around 15 minutes. Tickets price is very high 70000 L.L for adult and 50000 L.L for kids comparing to Geita, Geita will win geita is biger than kafrhim grotto and there is two grotto in Geita, one of it you visit on your foot the other one by small boat inside the grotto In kfarhim their is a tour guide and he will explain the history of every thing on it So I highly recommend to you geita not kfarhim

This is a fake grotto. We pointed the fakeness of it to the guide but he kept a poker face. We felt scammed. But well, it is a scam. Don't go here unless you want to experience top notch trickery and stupid uniform plastic looking stalagmites claimed to be 4 million years old. Go to Jeita though, that's awesome.

This is a scam, they charged us around 10 dollars for a 4 minute tour, the bold guys face was so unwelcoming. I really don’t recommend this at all, they don’t respect the cave they have ruined it. Go to the jeitta grotto cave it’s soo much bigger and you would really enjoy it. Sad

Very nice place with a consistent temperature of 18 deg cel. The tour is pretty short-lived (appx 10 minutes).

Awesome sceneries inside the grotto. Just simply awesome and underrated as Lebanese and foreigners don't know too much about it.

Highly overpriced, 70 000 LL for the cave is too much when you compare it to Jeita (less than 20 000 LL). Not worth going, frankly.

A nice detour while on your way to main attractions in Mount leb. It is like getting a sample of Jaeta grotto up close and personal. The guides are very helpful and the shop has plenty of interesting items. Visit if you are with kids and have time for a 30 mnt stop

Nice location but the tour guide seemed to be in a hurry unfortunately.

  • 1/5 Maya J. 1 year ago on Google
Really expensive for a five minute walk inside. It was really beautiful inside, but the guy kept walking ahead and talking about the rocks while we were back trying to take pictures and take our time, he was basically trying to rush us out.

Good but not worth the 200 000 lebanese pound. (Der el Amar is better and you can enter for only 40 000 lebanese pound).
