We
felt
that
we
have
to
leave
this
review
because
we
are
very
disappointed
with
our
experience
at
Beit
El
Qamar.
The
staff
is
nice
and
the
location
is
beautifully
arranged,
but
we
cannot
say
the
same
for
the
value
for
money,
which
we
felt
was
very
low.
We
do
not
recommend
staying
in
this
place.
Value

Amenities
2.5/5
First
the
bungalow:
we
expected
it
to
be
equipped
and
have
more
amenities,
instead
this
is
what
we
got:
- Some
of
the
lights
in
the
room
were
not
functioning
- there
were
no
kitchen
utensils
or
appliances:
no
fridge
but
also
no
glasses
or
plates
- one
of
the
chairs
was
broken
and
not
fixed
- the
closet
didn’t
have
hangers
- there
were
no
blankets
even
though
it
was
cold
- most
importantly,
we
did
not
have
hot
water
for
bathing.
When
asked
about
it,
the
staff
kept
coming
up
with
excuses.
Eventually,
our
group
was
forced
to
split
into
two
smaller
rooms.
- the
bathroom
didn’t
have
any
amenities
either
and
the
beds
were
squeaking
and
uncomfortable.
Cleanliness
of
the
bungalow
3/5
The
bungalow
was
not
cleaned:
there
was
a
thick
layer
of
dust
on
all
surfaces
and
the
carpets
were
dirty.
Only
the
bathroom
was
cleaned.
We
had
to
remind
the
staff
to
come
and
look
at
it
repeatedly.
Service
3/5
We
booked
the
bungalow
for
4
people
(that
originally
fit
for
3
+
1
extra
bed),
but
when
we
arrived,
nothing
was
prepared,
the
extra
bed
and
sheets
for
the
3rd
and
extra
bed
were
not
ready.
They
had
towels
and
sheets
for
2
ppl
only.
Less
than
the
minimum
for
toilet
paper
and
tissues.
We
were
also
told
that
there
is
24h
electricity,
however,
when
we
woke
up
the
power
was
off,
and
we
had
to
take
our
showers
and
prepare
ourselves
without
power.
Food
3.5/5
The
breakfast
was
not
originally
included
in
the
price,
however,
after
we
paid
an
extra
20$
for
4
people,
the
quantity
and
variety
of
food
served
was
extremely
basic
and
not
worth
it.
Initially,
they
wanted
to
charge
us
15$
per
person.
We
picked
this
place
based
on
the
price
which
was
not
cheap
because
we
expected
to
get
quality
service,
unfortunately,
that
wasn’t
the
case.
