    This the 3rd time my partner went through drive through and ordered and paid for LARGE Coffee Frappe and got large cup but only medium drink. I am getting sick of being ripped off.

    Racist staff. Time stamp 11.12pm 7 Nov 2021. Mask required while ordering and receiving only. Lady with insane behaviour. Will never visit these idiots again. Look at your ratings. I know nothing will happen

    Consistently terrible. Order large meals yet get a small serving of fries every single time. Always cold and bland. Easily one of the worst McDonald’s in the whole of SA

    Poor customer service at the Mount Barker store. Purchased food through drive through only to get home and find they forgot my daughter’s burger. I called the store and they said i could come back in to get it. When i asked if they could offer anything else to make the 20 minute round trip worth it, there was a flippant comment back about wanting free food. I returned to the drive through and asked whether soft serves for the 3 of us would be a reasonable request for the inconvenience caused. After checking with the manager, the response was “you can have 1”. Is it that you think I’m being dishonest, or is 3 soft serves really too much expense to make things right? No worries, people make mistakes, but you need to be better in making good.

    Used to be half decent, but the last few times we've visited the food has been cold/undercooked and portion sizes very small. I ordered a large fries as a treat on the way home today, they were hardly cooked and container not even half full. Particularly disappointing when it's the only thing in your order.

    Never usually have any problems here, the odd messing up of order etc. I ordered x2 happy meals and ended up with the drinks, fries and x1 cheese burger, no toys/book and the main part of the second happy meal missing. I tried getting in contact about this and another issue about unauthorised transactions on my card through the app but to no avail.

    They can never get the coffee orders correct I am lactose intolerant and the amount of times that they given me the wrong milk is insane. Also staff are wearing very dirty aprons, surely they can affordable to give staff new clean ones

    While entering the lady at counter told wear a masks but the guidline on the entrance door are written that you have to wear masks while ordering or recieving the food only. We do had masks but the lady was being discriminatory. She doesn't wanna serve us. Never ever will visit this site again . Shame on you The shift Manager working a 11.15 PM.

    Worst McDonald's in SA. Unhygienic, dirty and the worst quality food and service. Hardly anybody there, we waited over 30 minutes for our food, 1 20c sized peice of lettuce in chicken wrap and no sauce and the fries were cold and disgusting so I returned them politely asking for fresh fries, we waited 20 minutes longer and no fries came! We left without our 4 medium fries disgusted. You're better off driving to the city for McDonald's than wasting your time and money here.

    I have ordered 5+ frozen drinks which have recently increased in price (can't complain about pricing) but to have all the cups HALF FULL is ridiculous and extremely disappointing esspeifally for a place that wants their quality assured

    If the meal, a double cheese burger, matched the picture at the drive through, I’m sure it could have been excellent However, the burger I got was not even close. It was tiny, I had to physically open it to see whether it had two meat patties, it may have had a teaspoon of sauce, the bun was flat All packed into a tiny small box. Vast difference between what is advertised and what you get Terrible

    Pleasant staff, obviously busy, but the not very clean. walking past tables trying to find one that has been wiped down. Not expecting a fine dining experience but if you are going to serve or something pretending to be food should be clean

    Ordered a chicken burger with lettuce and tomato. Chicken was overcooked and dry and there was no tomato. Tasted like leather. Threw half away. It was rubbish. Not a fan.

    Absolutely disgusting The bathrooms needed a good clean. Both the ladies were blocked and the bowl needed a good scrub tried the disabled and it also needed a good clean. The floors were absolutely soaking in water with no wet floor sign. I made it known to a staff member she just said ok walked off and did not tell a manager.

    As soon as I entered a Mexican woman unleashed all of her obese children into the ball pit. after they all got out all I could smell was poo, that's what I look for in a restaurant. Great atmosphere 10/1.0

    Picture taken after we took the order out of the bag, how these are both Large fries is a mystery,lukewarm at best too. Seriously, train your staff better..4 Chocolate Frappe,all have different amounts in it.

    Ordered happy meal chips were cold asked for fresh chips no answer no smile just gave me another packet warm not fresh then gave and waited for fresh ones then waited 20 minutes still none. Restaurant wasn’t busy at this time then had to remind them twice about fresh chips. Omg!!

    We are currently renovating our house, hence no kitchen. For a quick bite, we visited McDonald's Mt Barker. Sadly, the seating area, more often than not, isn't clean. Tables and floor with full bins. One woman with her son sitting alongside us was disgusted. Many times, the electronic ordering system states, "Takeaway only." Strangely, the store is Murray Bridge, we found each time we visited to be incredibly clean, well run despite how hectic it is. Mt Barker could do with that manager visiting the store in Mt Barker in the evenings. We did witness teenage school students in uniform, on two occasions, behaving badly, which could have contributed to the restaurant area being badly littered. A great pity.

    Ordered two frappes and the server got confused between our order and the order in front, and gave us the wrong frappe, we then went back and asked to get it replaced with the right flavour, they then wanted to charge us for it. the on duty manager then demanded the wrong frappe back , which I was more than happy to give them, to then aggressively throw it in the bin in front of us, and then very ungraciously replaced our frappe. Terrible customer service when I just wanted the correct item.

    It's a fast food place. It's pretty hit and miss. Some days the food is hot and great other days you get cold soggy burgers and chips. It is what it is when you opt for fast food

    If you are handing a drink to a drive through customer, they obviously need to put the drink in a drink holder in the car so it would be good if the cup didn't have sticky soft drink spilt all over the outside of the cup.

    McDonalds Mount Barker owes me a fortune. Every single time I go here (Drive Thru) something is missing or wrong with my order. It's become a bit of a joke but it's actually not funny. This time we got home to one large fries between 3! Last week, no sauce despite paying for it and asking again if it was in the bag. The week before, we were given the wrong burger despite paying for a more expensive one. The time before was a missing meat patty. Who makes a burger with no patty?! Their large fries are as 'large' as their small fries! It's hard to stop and check the bag when it is dark and there's a queue behind you!

    I recently visited this McDonald's and I have to say, it was a huge letdown. The food was greasy and tasteless, and the service was incredibly slow. I waited over 10 minutes for my order, and when I finally got it, it was lukewarm and unappetizing. I wouldn't recommend this particular McDonald's restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal.

    Why is it whenever you go to McDonald's they don't wish to serve you, & when they do it's not with a smile. Then the food is always warm, not hot. When you tell them that the food is warm, they roll their eyes at you. No customer service

    Service and food OK. Wanted to eat in every table was dirty and we cleaned the table ourselves asking for a cloth in the hope they would (should) do it. Forgot sauce (regularly happens), toilets gross.

    The Air-conditioner wonderful on very humid days. Great place to take some time out. The staff are friendly. It very large dining area. Great for birthday parties. I love the Carpark area. Easy to park.Check time limit. Always room for improvement.

    Been going to various McDonald's during the Monopoly campaign. Didn't have the side salad option available at the time, so a little disappointed. Earned some tickets, and had some standard McDonald's fare. Would go there from time to time.

    Small car park so traffic flow is a bit of a problem, especially at peak times. Playground is decent and kids always have fun in it, and the food is... McDonald's, so it's delicious!

    Not a bad experience with staff or food at Mt Barker. One fri night it was super busy. They almost gave us the wrong food but asked us to double check the screen at the window. We were able to confirm it wasn't our order prior to any mistakes. They were so quick considering how busy it was

    It's very hit and miss. Sometimes there's food missing and old fish on the filets but occasionally you'll get really fresh and hot food just like you'd been hankering for.

    Tastes as usual McDonald's but the service was really slow although the place wasn't so crowded. When some water bottles dropped at the floor, the staff just got it back in place without any cleaning up, and the floor where the bottles fell was filthy!

    They care more about drive through customers than in store customers. The menulog delivery bags that were on the counter are absolutely filthy, dirty and disgusting. No way would I accept food delivered in those bags. Shame on a multi million dollar company. Why have the bags not been clean or even replaced in over a year. Ronald is not happy. Shame I can't leave half a star.

    Terrible terrible attitude from the staff, specifically at the drive through box. Went through to get a medium chips and two coffees(extra hot), coffees were borderline cold, had spilled all over the cup and the chips were roughly 3 days old and cold. Took them back in and was met with a HUGE attitude from the MANAGER mind you, who smashed the fresh ordered back the counter. Apparently expecting fresh hot food that you paid for is unreasonable. This is just one of many rude encounters over the last few years. I'd expect a bad attitude back if I'd given them one. But they're all just always rude. And the constant "anything else, is that all" the entire time you're at the box is ridiculous.

    Extreemly rude service. Informed the manager but he was even worse than the member of staff that served us. Literaly through our order at us and said by. When i asked the girl why a he behaved this way, she said were to busy. He informed us that the poor customer service was justified as they were busy. He also disagreed that it took the same time to be polite as it takes to be impolite. This happened at aprox 4:30 adelaide time at the Mount barker store.

    Clean toilets, though one toilet had no toilet paper and the other had a broken latch. Even the big kids enjoyed the playground. The food was served quickly, correct order and the same as every other restaurant. Easy to park.
