Always a pleasant experience when visiting this store. Have a great selection of groceries and quite a large toy section also. Never wait for a check-out either.

Store changes are not good. Products missing, isles crambed, lack of service at 10 items or less counter. Also the new "green environmentally friendly" trolleys are painful. The bases are sloped way too much and your items continue to fall over. Bring back the old ones....

Clean and tidy store with friendly staff and fresh sushi daily which is a bonus! Parking can be a little difficult sometimes but that is to be expected with a busy store.

Why do they only offer 2 out of 8 self serve machines that take CASH? So those customers wanting to use cash have to wait sometimes 5 minutes in a queue for these machines. ALL of your self serve machines should take cash as payment.

Don’t think I’ve ever seen more than 2 checkouts open. $300 shops through the self serve is not ideal

Some staff appear to have issues with a pregnant staff member - overheard them complaining about her at the click and collect. Shame woolies mt barker for not educating your staff.

Its a great place to shop at with friendly staff and you can always ask them for help in finding what you want to buy.

There's a green grocer and wholefoods store nearby which is excellent for anything missing from Woolworths.

Huge, well stocked, good selection of fresh veggies and cheese (besides everything else you need in your weekly groco run!)

Really bad experience if you have a baby or a pram, and its getting worse, whole front of the store is dedicated to pick up parking only 2 spots from pram parking, so you and bubs gota cross 4 roads to park in the dimly lit multi story across the road. The isles are far to narrow and the baby isle has the baby food at the very bottom so people are constantly pushing past and around you. Also the baby isle has no signage and hasnt for at least a month, thats how i know where it is. Yeah and think your getting through self service with baby snacks lol no chance the machines are so inaccurate they dont pick up half the stuff your putting through, so you need a member of staff almost standing next to you the whole time.

Very busy although you can usually get a car park nearby most of the time. Well laid out and you can usually get every thing you want easily.

Very slow service! Checkouts closed not enough open, staff spend too much time talking. Unbelievable

These guys open pretty late!! Even in the city in Adelaide they don't open until 10pm. It's super handy. And they're friendly too. Went in with a friend to get some food and it was busy so the parking lot was a bit packed although we managed to find one close to the entrance. What's good about this shop is that they've got that huge parking lot a 30 second walk away so there was no stress.

Yup, it's a supermarket. If you're visiting the area it's probably your best pick for convenience and getting everything you need in one place. Undercover parking (across the road), soft plastics return, a good selection, and staff who are always happy to help. Delivery and pick-up are both available if you require. There's a brand new (September 2022) area to pick up your order, making things a lot easier.

Excellent. Glad to see prices are not way high just because of Burnside. Staff nice. Live in the hills so this was a lovely change.😊
