UPDATE 3/3/23: The sandwiches are always sloppy. The picture I'm including is actually not as bad as they usually are. But this is still ridiculous. Also, how SMALL is that piece of cheese?!? For the price of a filet-o-fish, a person should get a whole piece of cheese. 😕🙄 This McDonald's has improved within the last year. Orders are still often incorrect, but it's not as bad as it used to be. Wait times are much better, and the app significantly improved that. Although I did previously rate the Mt. Gilead McDonald's as a one-star experience (much to do with personally witnessing a crew member scratching his butt at the food assembly table, hand down the back of his pants up to his elbow), I do believe the quality of employees has also gotten better.

I’m a big guy and here nobody paid me any attention. My prefer was wrong and cashier just kept repeating the wrong order no matter how many time I corrected her . Then she and everyone one else inside ignored me when I was ask for napkins and ketchup . They just looked at me and kept walking by. Apparently Black peoples money ain’t good enough for good service here

Past two weeks, this McDonald's has done a complete 180. They are fast, courteous and the meal is put together completely and not all sloppy. Congrats to the new management. Well done so far. (Update, this is still the worst McDonald's in America. Total garbage with zero adult supervision. Never go to this McDonald's. I pray for you if you do.)

I went through drive through. I was in the outer lane. orders where being taken in the inside lane. cars where pulling away from the outer lane. finally, a lady came on and took my order. when I got to the window to pay, they did not have my order. your employees need to greet customers more politely. most of your employees are young. now is the time to train them to speak to customers the proper way.

BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL using a debt or credit card here. They over charge you and then refuse to Credit your money back to you. I eat out alot as I travel alot...the Manager of this store is a joke he is rude..he is nasty and doesn't care whether he loses customers...a manager HE SHOULD NOT BE...dishwasher maybe...then he won't have to deal with the public...because he SUCKS as a manager. Still trying to get my money back...the absolute worse fast food restaurant I have ever seen. Will never go here again!!

I went thru the drive thru line for a #3 breakfast meal on a Saturday morning at 735. There were 3 cars in front of me. An experience that should have taken 3 min, ended up taking almost 10. I had to wait in line, then when it was time to pick up my food they asked me to park in a "waiting" spot (for a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit!!). Wouldn't this be an item ready to go? Anyway, I pull over to eat my food and the biscuit is hard and almost inedible as if they overcooked it in the microwave or used a biscuit from the day before. I threw most of the sandwich away. The only redeemable point and only reason I'm not giving it a 1 star is the staff were very nice!

It's your typical Mc. Donald 's. Busy with a long line at drive-through. Staff goofing around, so wait longer than nessassary. One employee was attempting to look busy but failed miserably. I was surprised my order was correct. I am very happy I did not go in for service because the customers had to wait longer than drive through customers.

Cheeseburger had no pickles and very little ketchup and mustard. Bun was flat and dry. Fries were good, but just way too much salt.

Sitting here eating cold chicken nuggets grandma was missing my fries. This morning I ordered two coffees with four cream and seven sugar each and they were black and I'm sure there was no espresso in it even though I paid for it. They gave me an unsweetened tea and I ordered sweet tea. About four out of seven trips there's something messed up on my order so I'll probably be the guy holding up the line while I checked through my whole order from now on and it's not like I can just switch McDonald's we only have one. They really need to train our people better because I'm sure I'm not the only one this is happening to.

Even when there's a line in the drive thru, it moves pretty quick. Staff is friendly and the food is usually pretty fresh.

Like most McDonald’s locations this restaurant is always busy. They are usually pretty quick. The drive thru workers do a good job of keeping orders straight. They always greet customers when face-to-face.

Great coffee. Ok m/good service (didn't know how to punch in MILK for my coffee instead of cream). But did get my coffee fast. So pretty fast service (inside).
