    USA vein clinic bought out Vein Clinics of America. From the start, the experience has been horrible. The previous staff of VCA was amazing and the provider was excellent. Now, a patient is no longer able to reach anyone directly at the clinic. It all goes through a call center which I'm certain is located in another country. No one knows anything at the call center regarding already scheduled appointments. They randomly cancelled my appointments without notification. Have closed the clinic numerous days a week, even cancelling appt's the day of since there is no staff to provide care. This place is extremely unorganized and does not give a patient any confidence in their ability to provide good care. I am in healthcare and based on the experience so far and the way that USA Vein clinics runs their organization, I've cancelled all appointments. I'm just glad I was able to see this prior to getting my treatment started. Do not go to this place for any care or treatment.

    The company has been acquired and things are a mess. Made an apt in September 2022 for an ultrasound in January 2023. Didn't receive an apt reminder so I called to confirm only to find they had absolutely no record of me in their system and were actually closed on Thursdays. They rescheduled me for the next Saturday at 7AM. Upon arrival I learned from the MD that he was from Cary and this was his last day. Currently, there are no MDs working at this location and it will likely close. Definitely go elsewhere.

    Horrible people! USA Vein Clinics bought Vein Clinics of America, closed the clinic in Charlotte, and cancelled my surgery. Didn't bother to notify until 2 days prior to the surgery. They expected me to drive four hours to another of their clinics. To make matters worst, I have been asking for 3 weeks to get my records and still haven't gotten them and don't really expect to get them.

    ZERO STARS. Since USA Veins took over the Mooresville location it has been a disaster. There doesn’t seem to be any communication between administrators and scheduler’s. Office closed without any notification until I called to confirm an appt since I never received my reminder. Finally I had two procedures done with interim doctor and then he was gone. I made several calls to call center and asked to speak with a supervisor or insurance dept and I was told several times they will put a message through and I’ll get a call back. I never did. I do not recommend this company at all.

    I would rate as zero stars if possible. The company switched from vein clinics of America to USA vein clinic, switched physicians and I never received information of this while waiting for appts. When you call now you will speak to a heavy accented person who is difficult to understand. After waiting over 6 months for my treatment to start, they failed to refile with my insurance and delayed my care even further into summer months,which is what I planned ahead not to do. I will be going with another company that cares for their patients and follows better practices

    I had an appointment for sclerotherapy in late June and the experience was absolutely inexcusable. Dr. Uzomba was incompetant and unprofessional. I sat on an examining table in a room that had poor lighting, and the overhead light that should have been used to closely exam my legs for small spider veins and for precise delivery of the treatment needle, was never utilized. He asked if I had spider veins on the back of my legs. I said I didn't know and he never asked to look, brushing right over it. Every time I would point an area of concern out he'd sort of laugh and say it was either too small or that he simply couldn't treat it, then repeat that it was all just "cosmetic." It was as if he didn't want to be bothered. My concerns felt minimized, the process felt rushed, and I did not receive proper treatment. I wasn't the only person to recognize this, as an individual from the front desk called me 5 minutes after I had left and said a refund was going to be issued due to Dr. Uzomba having barely used any of the solution I had paid for. Needless to say, a refund was never issued. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this facility. Don't waste your time or your money.

    My mom had an appointment recently and everyone was very nice except the doctor. During her visit, he yelled at her because she told him the treatment was hurting her and asked if he could use more numbing cream. He yelled at her by saying " you can take this" and left her with a lot of pain after.

    This is the vein clinic for me, for sure. Why? After treatments from various “dermatologists” being unsuccessful, feel confident with the professionalism received from the entire staff in Mooresville. Procedures were detailed from the first appointment with exact details on how to treat my veins at home plus literature to review if necessary. It is so exciting to know Vein Clinics of America will follow through until I am 100% satisfied. Thank you Dr. Hansen, Heather, Eileen, & Jordan for making me feel at ease from my first visit. 🙌🏻

    I'm totally 😡 this clinic is a disaster, they don't have communication between them, they don't even do what's best for them. I went for a treatment that they told me they would give me. That same day, a lady arrived demanding her treatment, the one they were going to give me, they gave it to me. she and me another if my information about my insurance told me if my insurance would cover my expenses they never sent me any bill if it weren't for me investigating on my own how much my balance was, which was very high and that I have to pay for my account because the insurance will not pay anything 😡😡😡😡😡the services are totally and the staff are garbage 🚮 n🚫🚫🅾️⛔️⛔️⛔️🛑🛑he specified it is the vein clinic in mooresville nc I am very angry with the debt that They left me because the treatment was of no use to me 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
