We went there for my daughter’s plate unveiling. Good beer, food was good (not extremely so). The servers were amazingly accurate with our orders, and were pleasant as well. We traveled here from CA to attend her unveiling!

My family came to this restaurant before the Alanis Morrisette concert at the PNC Pavilion. We waited 1.5 hours for our food and never got it. They kept telling us they were working on it until we were late for the concert. We ended up walking out because of the terrible service. Would not recommend.

Freakin' awesome service! Great drinks. Good food. Great spot for a date night or night out with friends. We had to ask about all the charger plates with names and quotes on the ceiling. Very cool place. Would definitely come back again.

Great spot with plenty of draft beer selection for every palette. I went on my lunch break, so no beer for me sadly lol, but I will definitely go again when I’m free from work constraints. I had the Duke burger and it was so great. Came out piping hot and simply delicious. Full of flavor. They have a few patio tables to enjoy the weather as well as plenty of indoor seating.

I call it "Monday Madness", because the prices are from outer space. I mean this in the best way! All drinks only 4 bucks no matter what it is, beer , liquor, vino. They have an elaborate selection of beer 🍺 I think I counted over 70 taps. The bartender was simply too sweet and fabulous, she worked Monday night on 8/1/22. She took care of us Pittsburghers. Everyone was friendly, warm, welcoming, all together awesome!!! The Brat pretzel was 👌!

This was the first time I had been to this flying saucer. Similar to others of course. I was here for lunch today and got the sausage platter which was delicious. I also was able to try the wings for the first time and they were fantastic.

Thought it would have a UFO theme because of it's name, but it's teacup and saucer name based. Had saucers all over the walls and ceiling. Very unique. Got the Carne asada fries and the Bavarian pretzel with cheese sauce. Both were excellent. Service excellent. Recommend!

Come for the beer and knowledgeable (and endearing) waitstaff, leave knowing that same vivacious waitstaff just fast-flirted you into trying new things. You’ll like it. The food is fast and pleasingly palatable. No odes to a plate here, but - let’s be real, you are here for the beer. A few theme days - trivia, music bingo - occur each week, but I prefer to skip the pageantry when I’m looking to get my beer on. Best seat is at the bar, but I’ve been convinced at times to seat myself (hi! Sit wherever! The barmaid beckons upon entrance) on a well-loved and broken-in booth. High-tops and outdoor tables also abound, if that’s your preference. Service is swift (sometimes at roadrunner speeds) and the atmosphere is always upbeat without being too obtrusive. I’ll be visiting here more.

Great selection of beer, separate list for beer and cans. Probably close to 100 options. Wide variety, IPA, stout, gone, sour, wheat ale, etc. The food was a pleasant surprise. The jalapeño tater tots were amazing! The service staff have to pass a test on beer knowledge to be able to answer customers' questions. Highly recommended when you want a good meal and a pint!

83 beers on tap! This place is a beer lovers paradise. Went there on a Thursday evening, got seats immediately despite it been decently busy. Food came out quick and the bar tenders were very attentive to everyone. Great place.

Fun time with co-workers at an outdoor table on their covered patio. They have ample indoor seating to. Service was great. Food and drink options were plentiful. Something I hadn't had before was the chorizo stuffed and bacon wrapped jalapenos. Spicy goodness! Would absolutely return and recommend.

Kind of your standard bar pub food. A good selection of beers and ciders, both on tap and canned. For my fellow vegetarian and vegans - this establishment does not have many options. Note that the hummus and puts plate that comes "topped with a Greek salad" does not contain any greens. The salad refers to the sliced cucumbers underneath the mound of hummus with the chopped tomatoes and few kalamata olives on top. I do like that they build your own beer flights. The last 3 sours were a little lack luster in flavor. I did enjoy the beer #1 with as a Gose. Friends tried to order a quesadilla and they were out of ingredients.

Flying Saucer Draught Emporium is a cozy and inviting beer bar that caters to beer lovers with a passion for quality brews. The establishment has a well-designed layout, ample seating, and a spacious bar area, and the staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. What sets the Flying Saucer Draught Emporium apart is their impressive selection of draft beers from around the world. With a wide variety of beers, including both classic and trendy options, there is something for everyone. Although the prices may be on the higher end, the quality of the beer is top-notch, making it worth a visit for beer aficionados.

Great customer service! Thank you for having the best waiter. He was patient and extremely respectful. He gave me a recommendation and I loved it. Glad I stopped here. I'm from Massachusetts and this is definitely a place to stop by if you're from New England. You'll feel right at home. Highly recommend for a good time on the weekends but even during the week. Thank you for a great experience!! I would love to come back and visit.

Man oh man I picked the wrong time to give up drinking! This huge, enormous, super diverse brew pub has (what looks like) at least 100 beers and everyone one of the glorious creatures were calling my name. Wish I could say I sampled a multitude, but I didn't. (Yet!) Service was great and recommended the Rueben. It was HUUUGE and came with a BIG HONKING salad. The garden alone may have filled me up! Enjoyed my super brief lunch visit and would definitely recommend the Flying Saucer for a Friday Night adventure. (Just plan on an Uber ride home if you enjoy craft beer because you'll find a mother load!)

The best way that I can start this review is by saying that I absolutely love this place. After I got out of the military I moved within walking distance of this location for several years and frequented this place at least once a week. They have an amazing beer selection originating from not only all over the US but the world. The atmosphere at this location is unrivaled. It's not too busy, loud or rambunctious. The staff is amazing and always super helpful. While the food menu is a bit small they've mastered everything on it. I love every bit of food that I've gotten from them and so has everyone else that I've brought here. It sucked when I moved away from the area because this place is one-of-a-kind. This place is definitely worth trying and I absolutely guarantee that you won't be disappointed.

Loving the new menu. We got the tostadas and they were excellent! I especially loved the ground cracklins. A little bit of cilantro and a lime wedge and it would be perfection. Going to miss the rocket tots A LOT. If you can, please bring them back.

Huge disappointment. The food was barely lukewarm, the quality was abysmal and the portions tiny for the price. The roast beef on my sandwich looked like the sad, thin, dry lunchmeat from walmart, not what I would expect for the cost. The wings were barely cooked and rubbery, one was even still raw inside. Every beer that was listed on the "just landed" menu that I wanted to try was no longer being served and the server admitted that nobody ever bothers to change their signs or update their menus. The vinyl booth seats were all cracked, ripped and patched with peeling, sticky old duct tape. First and last time I'll ever bother coming here.

Service here has went down. Seems to be more social hr vs work. The beer is the only thing that brings me back 🫠

👍👍 Skeptical. I visited this place because of a research on brunch places in downtown. Ended here because of the Google rating. Almost Worth it! The Italian sausage hash was really good. But my spouse ordered an avocado toast and it lacked flavor. Also, the coffee was legit; really good! Also ordere...
