The entire staff ignored me, not one person said hello. Had no problem talking to other employees but customers don’t matter or exist here. From fuel to deli, I am as inconsequential as the fuel or the products to the employees. They refuse to bag once bags are purchased, they refuse to say hello, if you try and get their attention you have committed a sin. Wawa has no customer service. I prefer going to minimarts where people know my name and say hello. The picture is what customer service is for me at Wawa, computer generated voice saying welcome to Wawa. The entire staff was having a jolly time in the back but not one person at the counter. This time no bag no service I did this all myself. If it was not close to my house on the way home from work I would have stopped at minimart and a Sunoco gas station and felt better now I gotta go to sleep with this unpleasant experience like I didn’t matter.

I just got out of there. with two poorly made drinks. I ordered a cold caramel coffee and another dulce de leche coffee. It looks like a 2 year old had made my drinks. I won't go to that wawa again at that time. At 2 in the afternoon I went there. The guy who helped me seemed new, he asked how to do things every two seconds. It's not my problem, but it was clear that I didn't feel like being there. be careful with your employees

Awesome staff, I tried the pizza, very good, nice and friendly, neat, new and restrooms were very clean. I would just add some tables outside, it's so inconvenient to eat while holding your drink...

They are on top of cleanliness in preparation for this surge in diseases. The associate I met was ready to clean the screen I ordered from. Excellent!!

Manager was very disrespectful and lack of communication skills and I had to contact the police department and they came out The police officers were very helpful! I will never go back to this Wawa . Very dishonest management team.. The staffs were much more professional than the manager The manager needs to be demoted I love Wawa but this location management team is trash

Just requested the cashier check the price on something,(because I wasn't sure if I had enough in cash or if I needed to use my card) she was upset and told me " I can't do that without you definitely buying said product" Why not?! If I didn't have enough money or if I did was going to determine if I purchased not cashier just not wanting to delete the purchase. She was rude and fabricated lies to avoid doing her job,, being a cashier is what you do!!!

Most time things are good. But we did get a pizza that was burnt way more than well done one night. Did not notice until we got it home.

Earlier this week and today 10.27 I went to this location and used my app for in store pick up, it was around 8am both times. I got a cold foam iced coffee which I was hesitant about because the Delran location never puts enough cold foam so I end up wasting my money... BUT the woman who made my drink this week (I need to get her name) WAS AMAZING. It's the best coffee I've ever had, she gives me my moneys worth of cold foam, and she is so so kind. I let her know this morning but I felt like I needed to leave a review, I hope she sees this, and her higher ups as well. Thank you for making my day brighter :)
