It’s a nice small shop with lots of variety. I didn’t see many customers. Mainly saw some foreigners. Absence of locals somehow proved the price is high. But the quality is really good. I will highly recommend.

Misled by reviews online. Tourist trap. Huge mistake. Charges more than 3 - 4 times other places. Go to the Mall for better packaging and pricing from big brands.

Probably cooperate with all these travel agencies? There’s only one brand inside so don’t call yourself supermarket.

I m happy to found this tea shop. I dont know if the price is pricey or not but if i compare with the other shop, its more cheaper. The staff is kind and helpful so that we can choose the best tea for souvenir. We got a lot of bonus and discount. And once you come to the shop, they will let us try the tea. Happy me.

Really glad I decided to buy tea from here instead of the souvenir shop. The difference in the quality and level of knowledge was immediately clear and the prices, although perhaps more expensive than some other places, were 1/2 of the price of the tourist trap souvenir shops. I'd recommend this place to any tourist looking for quality Sri Lankan tea!

They have a wide variety of tea products. It's a bit more pricey than the other shops because these teas are single origin and of really good quality! Do pay a visit for your tea needs. Madhushan was very friendly and helped out in picking the teas I wanted. Very friendly and knowledgeable! Do go here if you want to buy some nice ceylon teas!

I searched for good place to buy Earl Grey tea in Colombo and ended up at Ceylon Tea supermarket. It’s very good place to buy variety of teas. The host was very knowledgeable and passionate about teas. Price level, I think, is reasonable. Excellent customer care..

Really good collection of Tea but it all fails when you don’t get the level of service from the staff. Really poor service demonstrated! The female staff was deep in side her mobile phone busy with her personal life. lack of basic customer service skills.

This is amazing store. Manushan he was very helpful and very kind in selling such tasty ceylon teas! Definitely recommended to go there and have your cup of tea for your day!
