I
called
them,
I
understood
the
reasons
and
at
the
end
of
the
service,
their
service
levels
motivated
me
to
write
this
highly
positive
review.
I
was
having
a
hurry
to
get
my
birth
certificate
translated
and
when
I
informed
the
same
in
the
first
call,
they
had
an
express
service
where
they
provided
me
the
service
within
hours,
yet
having
a
very
reasonable
fee.
Further,
on
collection
of
the
documents,
they
send
a
confirmation
SMS
through
their
system,
upon
completion,
you
receive
an
SMS
as
well.
The
process
is
very
transparent
and
convenient.
Due
to
the
exceptional
service
level
I
have
received,
I
wanted
to
get
the
my
family
members’
translations
as
well.
While
going
through
the
same,
they
have
found
an
error
in
my
surname
which
was
even
reflected
in
my
passport
(
It
was
a
minor
error
where
I
have
used
“W”
for
“V”
as
my
NIC
was
having
a
“W”
instead
of
a
“V”).
Mr.
Rohana
himself
called
me
and
explained
the
repercussions
and
advised
me
to
change
the
passport
as
per
the
correct
letters.
The
best
part
is,
once
the
PP
has
been
changed,
they
immediately
issued
me
another
translation
free
of
charge
having
the
correction.
Even
after
having
an
idea
on
their
customer-centric
approach,
I
did
not
expect
the
same
as
it
was
absolutely
my
fault.
