Very clean place. Responsible to their job. Most of the time they finish the job on time.

They are professional and work completion is awesome. However, even with them Insurance clearance is taking some considerable time.

Expect the unexpected. Not long after I bought my car, I had an accident in bad weather. When I searched for a Toyota repair center, I was directed to the Toyata lanka wattala branch. The friendly security guards check and guide from the entrance, the spirit of pride and consideration, the promise to reassure foreigners and do the best, especially the kindness and consideration of the managers Harsha and Imal seemed to make my life in Sri Lanka happy. I really recommend this place. If your car problem, your worries will be gone. Drop off your car and enjoy the clean environment and kindness. Thanks Harsha and staffs...

Not recommended! I did a LC70 full painting recently no professionalism at all....bolts & nuts are not fixed..removal parts are misplaced no one is there to take the responsibility! Not recommended to anyone...! Thank You

I understand your frustration with the expensive car parts and varying prices at different Toyota Lanka branches. Car parts at Toyota's authorized agents in Sri Lanka are exorbitantly priced, often two or three times the reasonable cost. This makes it unaffordable for regular customers. It appears that Toyota's local agent in Sri Lanka isn't addressing this issue and might be taking advantage of government policies, including high taxes and a lack of imported vehicle parts. You may want to consider addressing this issue with Toyota Lanka's customer service or management to provide feedback and seek a resolution. Open up your eyes wisely. Alert.
