My first choice to go when I need furniture for a reasonable price. Loved their after sales service. Never ever got disappointed buying something from them. Reliable and durable sofas, chairs and office tables. Highly recommended.

They have a comprehensive collection of their products range. There are delays given the current context with limited materials available, etc. The service, it does take a bit of time for them to warm upto you. It does start with a reluctance to engage, so yeah.

Really nice branch and they have varieties of items like tv's washing washing machines, Air conditioners and all. Good place to buy to all kind of electronics. Even there after service also good. Even they have some quality furniture. Went to buy bed sheets and found some quality collection for reasonable price. Branch staff also friendly and helpful.

Bad After sales service from Damro. A Panasonic iron I purchased from them stopped working. When I called the branch they told me that they cannot carry out the repair unless I produced the product invoice. After I spent much time searching for the invoice and took the product to the branch to hand it over, they kept me waiting for 30 mins and say that they don't have parts and cannot accept the product for repair. Really disappointed that they wasted my precious time and won't be purchasing any electronics from Damro every again.

Worse service ever. I was trying to contact them for 3 days. No one is picking the phone then i called service center and got another mobile number. But the branch don't even pick up that number either. It took almost a month to repair my electronic item. When i called their service center they told me the item had been already sent to the nawala branch 3 days ago. But i didn't recive any call from the branch tp collect the item. I called them few times again nobody took the phone. I don't trust their service anymore. Horrible

Today I visited this Damro showroom for a specific office chair. Even though that chair is not available in this showroom, Mr. Asanka gave me the best of his service to find one from another showroom or the factory. I really appreciate his service.
