First time visit: massage started eight minutes past the hour and finished six minutes early. Shaving off almost 15 minutes of a 60 min massage! I will not be returning as this was a bad first impression. Nice ambiance and location however. I’m sure not all therapists do this practice, but make sure you’re receiving the full treatment.

I first want to say everyone was very nice. Staff was easy to talk to and helped make a last minute (new customer) appointment for me. I've been getting massages for about 10 years due to work related pain. I have been to all sorts of massage establishments whether it be a chain like Massage Envy or a high end spa. Was wanting to try Massage Envy mainly because it's so close to my home. I enjoyed the ambiance of the Massage Envy that I went to a few days ago, was very quiet and peaceful however the main reason why I am giving only 2 stars is because when it was time for my massage, my massage therapist had a very, very strong cigarette smell. It almost gave me a headache instantly, this is not something I would want to point out directly as it can come across rude but wanted to mention it here. I would say it was a pretty awful massage mostly because of this one part. It was almost as if the massage therapist just came inside from smoking, it was so strong and definitely not ideal for a massage. I'd be willing to try other massage therapists in the future but for now, I'll go elsewhere.

Not a good massage. Would not recommend coming here. The $40 massage parlors in Chicago were 10x better than this place. Was cancelled on twice before actually getting my appointment, which was more than two months after I first tried to schedule. Id have gone elsewhere if I didn't have a gift card. I've been to a ton of different massage places, this was by far the worst I've ever gotten. People were nice, but this was expensive and just an overall bad massage. Felt like a complete waste of money. Staff was friendly and it was clean, that's why it gets more than a 1star. Would of rather had my wife rub my shoulders.

The massage was fine but the pricing is outrageous. $140 for a 50 minutes for a non-member. My wife booked it for me without asking the price. Their list pricing is inflated so that their member discounts look really big. Non- members beware.

I highly recommend coming here for massage! As well as your skincare needs! I had a 60min facial with Megan today and she was so kind, knowledgeable and just overall a pleasure to be around! I will definitely come back to see her! Thank you so much Megan for all you do 💓💓

I've been a member since they opened and although great masseuses come and go, you should definitely go see Dee for a great massage.

My go to and I always get what I need. I highly recommend the Westloop shop for facials and massages.

Don’t schedule with Marisa ! She canceled my facial AFTER I checked in and was waiting in the lobby.. if I canceled last minute I would have been penalized .. but apparently they can cancel as you’re waiting to go back.. very disappointed will not go back to this location.

I had a 90 minute massage with Mary-Alice last month and it was stellar. I went in with numbness and pain in my left arm and hand, and left with no numbness and no pain. She listened to my complaints, adjusted her pressure well and accordingly, and was pleasant. There was never a moment that I felt like I wasn't heard. She found areas that recreated the pain I was having when I could not figure out what was causing it. Truly the mark of an educated therapist. I will def be back! Thank you, Mary-Alice!

Danielle gives the best facials, Logan is stellar at the front desk, and Ms. Reese is a great masseuse.
