Just went to this location to place an order to go and they were SO GOOD!! I walked inside and was immediately greeted and got my order placed, everybody - especially the woman that took my order- was so kind and welcoming. A few minutes after ordering they told me it would be a little longer because they were making fresh potatoes (thank you <3), they told me I could sit and offered me something to drink while I was waiting. Everything came out perfect!! 10/10 food and experience!! Y’all are the best!

Tldr: They ran out of beef and gave me vegan tacos. Made an okay recovery that earned 4 stars. Originally was going to give it 1 star ⭐ because I ordered 5 softshell supreme beef tacos but four of them were served with nothing but lettuce and sour cream wrapped in a cold blanket [little to no meat]. (we know what we expect when we come to Taco Bell but this was too far) The manager earned three stars by making sure I got substituted for a different item when I came back through. Nice recovery.

Ordered in drive thru. Tacos were thrown together and fell apart when trying to eat. I ordered sweet tea and it was very weak and very sweet. Absolutely will not try this location again.

This one turned around compared to what it used to be. We stopped going cause service was bad and food too. But NOW it is as expected so good!

This place is a joke. A filthy circus. Do not eat here!!! The manager scratched his face while making my food.His uniform shirt was nasty and filthy🤮 I was disgusted!!! I told the cashier to cancel the order,as I had lost my appetite. The manager became very aggressive and antagonistic when I asked for a refund. Another employee threw my change at me when I complained about them making me wait 15 minutes for my refund. Most fast food places in the ghetto are employed by low income angry people. I try to avoid places like this and last night reminded me why I do. Ignorance at it's finest. Don't waste your time or money eating at this Taco Bell location unless you like having your food made by filth.🤦🏿

I have always been a huge Taco Bell lover. This location usually does a pretty good job but recently I keep getting meat in my vegetarian items? I don’t understand. It’s very heartbreaking to get home all excited and then not be able to eat my Taco Bell. Please stop adding meat to things that don’t have meat.

Went on 5/11 and ordered a doritos locos taco supreme, nacho fries and a grilled cheese steak burrito with some sauces online for a total of around $12. For some reason this location is drive thru only, but they let me go inside for my order since my car was not going to be able to clear through the drive thru. The person who seemed to be the supervisor greeted me and gave me my order, and even offered me a drink, which I was very grateful for. Unfortunately, the food was not up to par. The fries were soggy and not warm at all, like they’ve been ready awhile, and the cheese dip was lukewarm at best. The doritos locos taco was not supreme, and the shell itself was stale, like it’s been left out. Finally, the steak burrito had only a couple of pieces of steak only on half of it, which was a little disappointing considering it costs around $5-$6, and I didn’t even get my sauce packets in my bag. I know it’s not a 5 star restaurant, but considering I paid for food, I would at least like it to be edible. I just wish their food quality went hand in hand with their customer service.

-(DONT GO HERE) Bad review- This is just the worst place ever. We came here, and there was one car parked. The woman in the car said they were only doing online orders through the drive-through. We nearly spent 19 dollars, but we could never figure out how to place the online order, so we just went over to the drive through, -worker smoking,- we talk to the people, and then they claim they're only doing doordash orders, so we go back to the parking spot for a few minutes, talk with the woman, and leave, few minutes before we leave, I saw a man leaving while very gruesomely shoving a crunchwrap into his mouth- -0.1/10 0.1 only because it's the only taco bell in the area. -Taco bell step up yo game-

Just ordered a party pack for me and my cousin. Pretty disappointed, totally got slacked on the ground beef. Felt like eating shells of lettuce. Also $6 to add tomatoes? Unbased

We had the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food chain at this Taco Bell location. There was no one inside or in the drive through line, so my mom and I decided to order at the drive through window. Upon ordering, we waited for 20-mins at the window to pay, watching the staff members on their cell phones ignoring us. After 25 minutes I decided to waive a staff member down, I was greeted at the drive through window with an employee slamming open the window - literally yelling at me that I needed to have patience and that they are extremely busy (again no one else was in the drive through or inside). She told me that she couldn’t believe how rude i was being and that we would have to wait, in the middle of my response the employee slammed the window closed in my face. I will not return to this location ever again, I have never been treated so poorly.

I come here for the breakfast at least once or twice a week and always have a great experience. I order through the app and most times my food is already ready for me. The male manager in the morning is always cheery and friendly. Food is always hot and fresh with my customizations done correctly.

Whoever is managing this taco bell has really turned it around for the better. Quality and fast with a smile. Can't ask for more. Love this location and the staff is amazing. Keep it up.

I was pleasantly surprised with the young lady that took my order . She took her time , spoke clearly, and repeated my order back accurately. You would think this is something that’s so simple and routine ,Yes, I find it hard to find anyone that has any kind of patience anymore or the ability to follow through their job tasks.

I walked in, looked like a corporate meeting was going on in the middle of the room. Any review saying they went inside is a fake review, the dining area has been closed for years. This is the worst Taco Bell in America and should lose its franchise owner any other Taco Bell they own. Closed constantly and clearly running a scam with Uber eats to sell fake orders.
