Our recent stay at Inn at I'On, Ascend Hotel Collection during my daughter's wedding weekend was nothing short of spectacular. The exceptional service and attention to detail made the entire experience unforgettable. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible staff, with a special mention of David, Kiera, and Amy. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome we received set the tone for the entire weekend. David, the front desk manager, went above and beyond to make sure our check-in was seamless. His attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our requests made us feel truly valued. We booked the entire Inn for the duration of the wedding, with an exception of a few rooms. Prior to the weekend, Kiera was a constant source of support. She ensured that every aspect of the wedding would go off without a hitch. Her meticulous planning and commitment to making the day special for the bride and groom was evident in every detail. It was truly a stress-free experience thanks to her expertise. The catering experience, expertly managed by Community Table was a culinary delight. We ordered a charcuterie board for the bridal party and the quality and presentation of the food exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was free every morning and was delivered to our rooms promptly as we requested it. The attention to detail at the Inn extended beyond the wedding itself. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere for guests to relax. The entire staff, from housekeeping to the concierge, consistently demonstrated a commitment to ensuring our stay was perfect. They even offered turn down service for the bride and groom for their honeymoon night. This hotel's exceptional service and attention to detail truly made our wedding weekend a memorable and stress-free experience. David, Kiera, and Amy were instrumental in creating a seamless and magical event. We are immensely grateful for their dedication and hard work. We can confidently say that Inn @ Ion is a remarkable destination for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion with unparalleled service and care. I am not one who does many Google Reviews as I never feel they are worth it... BUT in this case I need to let everyone far and wide know that this Inn and staff are absolute MAGIC!! If there was an opportunity to increase the 5 Stars to more I surely would. We stayed at the Inn for 7 nights last week as our son got married in Mount Pleasant and the whole bridal party and immediate family members stayed at (took over :)) the Inn. The Staff, David, Amy & Kierra without over stating it.. DID EVERYTHING AND MORE to make our stay absolutely wonderful. We stay a lot of places and travel a lot and without a doubt this stay at the Inn at I'on was one of our most enjoyable stays I can recall in many years. There wasn't any request we asked of them that they didn't oblige us with. We had the most wonderful stay and awesome wedding an a large factor in the no stress stay was attributed to the terrific team at the Inn. Many thanks to each of you and you can rest assured we will be recommending to any and all we meet that your Inn is the place to stay if they venture to Charleston for any reason. Beautiful little inn. The room was spacious and comfortable and felt like home. We checked in late on our wedding night and were left instructions on how to get into the building and into the room. We were only there for maybe 12 hours and really only slept and showered there, but it was a great experience regardless. The bed was extremely comfortable and had a luxurious feeling. The bathroom and shower were very nice as well. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and stay for longer next time.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this lovely boutique inn. We loved our corner room and appreciated how David and Amy made us feel so welcomed. Would definitely highly recommend a visit!
