What an amazing staff! They did not provide the service I needed (didn't expect them to, normally I go to a hospital for the condition but was in too much pain) but instead of turning me away, Mrs. Sherry at the front desk called around to other local places and got me in right down the road. She went WAAAAY above and beyond for me and I am very, very thankful.

Got sick during a work conference away from home and this was such an incredible experience. App was easy to schedule an appointment, Nurse was absolutely fantastic and so professional. Not thrilled to have strep throat but this was the best customer service I’ve had in years. Resting now back in my hotel room obeying doctors orders!

Excellent care, the nurse and the on-call physician were both wonderful. The only complaint I had was that is tough for just one nurse to accommodate all appointments and sometimes there are long wait times.

When we are unable to get into PCP this clinic is our go to! We returned today and I cannot say enough good things. The nurses were amazing and the provider from the teledoc service was great, as well! I highly recommend using this clinic over any other walk in in Mt. Pleasant.

I have been frustrated with McLaren Health system for years, but I am pleased to say that my experience at McLaren Now at Walgreens South in Mt Pleasant was excellent. Both the nurse & physician were kind, personable and thorough. I’ll be honest, I didn’t know I was going to see a physician through telemedicine - but it was a really neat experience seeing a physician through a kiosk with a “Jetsons” look and still receiving a high standard of care.

Love this place! Friendly staff, open on weekends, appts can easily be made online, you get a health portal to view your records, and they are usually pretty timely to see me once I arrive. And no co-pay!

I was able to schedule a same day appointment for my son. The nurse was very kind and accommodating to my high energy toddler. The office is surprisingly roomy, clean, and modern. The virtual visit was cool and effective, and we were able to get test results in a few minutes and pickup the medication at the pharmacy right away! Probably one of the best all around clinic experiences ever.

Staff was very fast, kind, helpful, informative, and easy. I highly recommend for any urgent care needs !
