    Remodel eliminated all seating & no public restrooms- terrible decision & now proof all Starbucks wants is our $$. Very disappointed.

    Updated Review - 7/24/23: I am going to use the same acronym I used before about this Starbucks…. FCC! Friendly, Consistent, Convenient. But this time friendly stands out. It was early…. And I was the only one in the drive-thru. The friendly girl at the window talked to me the entire time I was waiting for my coffee and breakfast sandwich. What a great way to start the morning! I highly recommend this Starbucks! Original Review: I will use an acronym for this Starbucks... FCC. (Friendly, Consistent, Convenient.). We go here all the time. I find it easier if you order ahead on the Starbucks app... and then go in when you get there... but if the line is short, you can also use the drive-thru when you order ahead.

    I get Starbucks is a chain, but is it too much to ask to let the baristas wear sunglasses in the drive-thru? At least let them wear hats! The sun rises on that side and I always feel so bad that they can probably barely see and are probably so overheated. I cannot imagine how many of them get sunburnt.

    So..um.. I ordered Venti Americano for my colleague and I got approximately 1/3 cup of air. Idk... is water expensive nowadays? There is a Penera Bread in the same plaza, you should probably consider going there. 2 stars are for the friendly staff.

    Racine lacks places where we can sit and study or just hang out; and this Starbucks was a convenient location but now they got rid of all seating. On top of that, check your drinks before you pull away. We mobile ordered a London Fog, and got a cup of just Tea. It happens, but there is a $2 price difference between just tea and a London fog. :/ Just disappointed overall.

    Don’t know what happened at this store, but the last few times I’ve been there they are so slow.Well today placed order and left without my drink and I wasn’t the only one who left! Get more help!

    Poor customer service and very inconsistent drinks. They always short me on the amount in the cup- try not filling it all the way and I have to point it out to them and have them top it off. I’ve never had ANY other Starbucks (and I’ve been to a LOT of them for the same one drink) do this! Gave this Starbucks many tries to get it right. Nope. Not very friendly here, either. Staff is kind of indifferent to the customers. Sometimes I feel like a bother. I will never be back. I will drive to any other one in town.

    It's numbing freezing colder inside this square they call a building. Than outside. It's 40 degrees outside 20 degrees inside. ports don't work & barley charges device after 1 hour Staff today thought it was appropriate to greet me loud & obnoxious but staff did not greet my friend who was of a woman of color. Staff loudly & obnoxiously told me to have a nice day but said no greetings to my friend after contact was made 1st off that's their job to be friendly, 2nd off who has energy to stand in the freezing cold all day picking & choosing who theyre going to be nice & professional to who theyre not. We could care less about being greeted but thought their disturbing antics were exactly why many starbucks are going out of business. Who wants to put up with all this Welp Sounds like 3 strikes

    Worst service I’ve ever received from a Starbucks. They filled my venti cup only slightly more than half and tried handing it to me. I said take it back and they told me the aren’t supposed to fill it all the way…. There was 3 inches missing from my cup!!! I should’ve asked them to poor it in a tall and I bet it would filled that and no more… no more Washington store for us. Douglas store has always been amazing and never lets us down.

    Wifi service is horrible, They should extend their store hours, People are too easily offended and resort to backhanded measures instead of confronting issues directly, I would not trust this vendor. The service however is thoughtful.

    They’re always out of something, which I get on occasion, but EVERY time I go there out of a lot of things. I used to work at SB and do ordering, so I’m not sure why it’s always like this. The other location up the road is much better!

    It's the holidays and no Peppermint syrup??? That killed two of the drinks I wanted.. Also no lemonade for Strawberry Acai Refresher. Only 1 out of 4 drinks available. Had to change my entire order! D

    3 out of 5 is not bad and exactly my experience. It’s an amazing hit or a could have been prevented miss at this location. Don’t forget the whip..you forgot the whip. Light ice.. get more than a half of a cup of ice. Also one of the other reviews is right, they are often out of things. This could be high demand (which is great), or lack of proper ordering to meet demands.. staff is normally pleasant though.

    Don’t come to this location if you’d like to get your coffee in a timely fashion. Even if you’re the first or second in line, it always takes an extremely long time. You’re better off driving to the location close to the freeway in sturtevant.

    I loved this location for years and now it is the worst. Complete staff and management turnover. Now the staff is disorganized with no sense of urgency and orders can expect a very long wait. Little to no acknowledgement for the inconvenience. 14+ people waiting over 20 minutes for drinks. Very disappointing.

    A Drive Thru experience... A busy Starbucks with a great patio out front. Made to order. Extra Hot is how I like it. Recommended.

    The staff is always super friendly, but I rarely get the correct drink. I always order a pink drink and, 85% of the time it’s overly sweet with all refresher and a splash of coconut milk. I get Starbucks almost every day but drive further to get the right one. I can’t count on this Starbucks to be consistent in making the right one 😔

    Great service. Always nice and and cheerfull. Had a nice talk with the person at the window while waiting for my drinks. Drinks where very good as well and no mistakes made on the drinks. Usually always a long line and hard to find a parking spot but it's worth it. Everyone working inside was wearing a mask.
