The fridge, microwave & coffee maker are great. I'm grateful to have had a place to stay except that the room size is tiny and electrical outside the 1/2 pint size bathroom is an outdoor extension cord. The shower head is by far the worst I've ever experienced & the drain is so clogged the tub filled up 1/3 of the way with a 5-7 minute shower most of which is cold water due to it takes 2-3 minutes to get hot water. Bonus round: there's no housekeeping & the office is dark 80% of the time plus the heater/air conditioner is so loud that I couldn't make a phone call & hear anything. If I hadn't already paid for the entire 5 days, I would have left after the first night. Pay a bit more & stay elsewhere.

Starting with the good - The location is great (it’s in the heart of the city), parking is in front of the room (very convenient), a lot of appliances like refrigerator-coffee machine-microwave, the room is small but cozy. Downside - The quilt and pillows were not clean, there is a serious need of a humidifier in the room, the WiFi signals in our room were bad.

A fine place to stay for 4 days while participating in a conference. Spacious, clean and comfortable.

We were given a 'total' price, and when we got our card statement, we were charged an extra $4. I know it's JUST 4 dollars. Enjoy it, we will not return to your place !

Cute, clean room at a great price. My room was ready over an hour early at no charge. Considering rooms at the Best Western were going for 3.5 times as much I am very happy with this place. The location is great, close to the laundromat if you're a hiker in need of laundry. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Very modest rooms. A lot of appliances: fridge - cooling really well, microwave, big coffeemaker - good. Big mirrors. But room planning is NOT well thought through, inconvenient, uncomfortable. Very friendly staff.

This was a great place on the beds are great the water in the shower it was really hot. OK my husband likes to take long showers so he was able to take a really long, hot shower. It was great because it was by all the crystal shops, and I was able to Enjoy looking at my spiritual practitioner hood. And I am going to go to a Meditation today at 11:11 so I’m happy.

This hotel could be a big hit, it was clean, bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean but had a sign telling us to conserve water, don't use the towels to remove make up ( I didn't). They also had signs saying if they smelled cigarete smoke at all they were going to charge us 300!! Then it's a self check in my lock box was empty, no one answered the door. I had to call them. The girl brings out my let them asks for my driver's license. I give it to her and she doesn't know what to do. She couldn't get across what she wants to say. She wanted to keep my DL!! I said NO! What if I wanted a drink? Her hubby finally came and fixed it. Sooooo all night I couldn't relax. I spilt a little wine on my pillowcase spent all morning scrubbing it off. He better not charge me!!

Check in experience was a nightmare, no staff on site to answer the door and not answering the phone numbers provided. Rooms are basic, bathrooms are basic. It's a budget motel at the end of the day....

The big problem of the hotel is that there is no front desk and the bell doesn't work. I got locked out of my room without my phone and I had to bang at the door of the office so they could let me in.
