This place is the best! The service and food are amazing. The new owners have really done a great job cleaning up the place. I remember going there when it was the GOAT tavern. Though the food was good then you really had to ignore the surroundings. Everything is much improved. I will be returning and when people ask me about good places to eat in Mount Shasta I will tell them Bistro 109.

They are Open! Most the restaurants in this town are closed Monday and Tuesday but that shouldn't be the only reason to visit. The food is good and the staff are genuine and cheerful. Bonus: My waitress shares a name with Paramore so now I get to say I met Hailey Williams. 🤣😂🤣

Passing through town and wanted a chill place to relax. Bingo! Jazz, Jamilee & Roman and staff were great. I got the Greek Salad with salmon, yummy.

Had a great experience at Bistro 107. Great service - we ate on the patio/deck and they made sure to keep us out of the sun's path on a warm afternoon. Brought water for my dog and kept our glasses full. The salmon salad was *chef's kiss* - super fresh, salmon was perfectly cooked. We also got the fire dusted calamari (great starter!) and enjoyed the lemon blueberry cake with mascarpone filling and creme anglais - delicious! I live in Sacramento but would seriously consider making a day trip to visit again!

Food was good but i gave 3 stars because i just didnt feel welcomed. It was a slow day and i had asked to sit outside. The waitress bypassed a section outside that had people in it and took me around the corner where there was no one. Then after i finished my main course the waitress brought out my check without asking if i wanted anything else. They werent closing and were slow. I wont be back.

The food was so delicious, we had their fish and chips, sandwiches and garlic fries. Everything was so good except the salmon sandwich burger. However, we would just give 5 stars for the customer service. Donny is an amazing human. He’s humorous and very kind. We loved the overall experience. Must try place.

We just finished having dinner. We had carrot and ginger soup ($7 each) which was terrible . It tasted and looked like there had a bread filler to make the soup thick. No taste of ginger or carrots at all. It was topped with shredded cheese! Today was very hot day and this was the soup of the day. Poor choice in terms of how it was made. We also shared the Wild Salmon Salad. For almost $20 they should have made a house salad dressing and tossed the dressing but instead it served a plain balsamic vinegarette dressing served on the side in a little plastic sauce container. The dressing tasted was nothing special. We also sat outside on the side of the building where the garbage bins were and there were flies frequenting ours and others tables. So much for hygiene and health code. They also served both soups and salad together on a very small table. I had to ask for another plate to cover the salad from the flies to have the soups first. So the place does have somewhat of an outdoor ambiance but the food we ordered was definitely not worth the money. And they need to clean up the flies area. Sorry we won’t be coming back.

We have a tendency to look for local places and this was a treat. Diane had the grilled salmon sandwich with fries. She had them change the brioche bun for grilled sourdough. The salmon was perfectly cooked and everything was very fresh. I had the softshell 🦀 crab BLT with garlic aoli and a salad. I also changed from brioche to sourdough. I like to find fun and different foods and this was a crazy combination that was absolutely amazing. In both cases I think the sourdough made a great addition but I'm sure it would have been good on the brioche also. Diane finished it off with a creamy mascarpone and anglaise layered cake to go. I'm not sure how far down the road it's going to make it! Highly recommended!

This place has had several names and owners over the years. A couple of years ago, I was disappointed with the food and service, and started avoiding Bistro 107. But recently I've tried Bistro 107 twice...and I now give it two thumbs up! Good beer menu. Extensive food menu. Friendly fast service. I'll be back.

Amazing food and excellent service with great setting abd location. We were promptly seated at a nice outdoor table. Our server was amazing and always on point and on time for exactly what was needed. We ordered 3 burgers with house soup, fries, salad - each of them tasted delicious and very well presented. Our server and staff were very pleasant to talk to. Overall a great place to have lunch or dinner. They also seem to have good drinks option with house special beers, we didn't order drinks so can't comment much on this.

Placed on the patio right next to a squeaky service door when there were multiple spots open. Numerous flies (which I understand as we were outside, but still doesn't exactly add to the experience). Patio furniture - especially the chairs - were old, dirty and stained. Husband had an okay meal, I did not. No flavor, took a few bites then picked apart, no intent to bring home the leftovers. The service was nice, however the whole experience just wasn't great. Maybe we just came at the wrong time of the year?

This place was an unexpected gem! We met friends here for a simple bite but were pleasantly surprised by the selection and service. Our server was great. Honestly, she took me by surprise in that she was low-key.... it was a bit slow, so we struck up conversation. Talk about depth. Wow, what a delight! Give this place a shot, enjoy a drink and appetizers... you may even be inspired to come back again to dabble in the fun menu. Enjoy!!!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!! Brandy, the owner, is an absolute doll!! She was also our server (which we did not know at the time). This woman knows how to run a business! Knows that customer satisfaction and service mean more in this day and age than most! Her menu is outstanding, with a choice beer and wine selection to support her delicious entrees. We had the special shrimp tacos and fish and chips! Delicious!! Followed by her homemade cheesecake with berry sauce which we took Togo because we were so full but didn't want to miss out! Hats off to Bistro 107, and to Brandy for making our evening one we will NEVER forget! (And thank you for your incredible trust and understanding!) I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking excellent food, relaxing atmosphere and a great place to dine in or take out!

Nice place to eat on a summer night! The outside patio was amazing and the food and service were great! The food was fresh and tasty and I will definitely be coming back!

This place is AMAZING 🤍✨ As soon as we walked in, we felt at home. The customer service is absolutely outstanding - the waiter has a personality made from gold, and the food was equally as great!!!! Everything tasted absolutely incredible - we will definitely be back!!!!! 🤍

Delicious food. Great place, and I love the little room to the right of the restaurant with the lights. I ordered the soft shell crab BLT because it sounded so interesting, and I actually liked it. It was unique and had a good flavor, almost like popcorn shrimp. Surprisingly it went well with the rest of the sandwich. Next I got a side of sweet potato fries, and I can’t tell you how much I loved them. This place makes the best sweet potato fries you can get. They’re perfectly cooked, and tastes better than any other fry I’ve eaten. I’d come back here for the fries alone, they’re just too good. To the chef who makes them, thank you, never change that recipe! I also got a piece of mascarpone lemon and berry cake and it was super super nice. 10/10 for this place, the servers are also very kind.

Busy place. Cozy and clean inside but I ate out on the deck. Plenty of room. Heard good things and they were right. I mean, soft shell crab BLT! I had to try it and I'm glad I did. Mark that one off. Delicious. Also, The staff were friendly and the beers were fresh

Very nice. We have a foster dog with us everywhere and the restaurant has a nice outdoor patio where he was able to sit with us. They brought him water too. Our meals were delicious. But it took awhile to get them because a large to-go order came in before we did. Service was friendly and expedient otherwise. Hubby had pulled pork. I had salmon salad, which was quite good.

Great lunch. We were passing through on a road trip. So happy we found this gem. Hubby had a micro brew. I had fresh brewed iced tea. He had the fish sandwich. I had a Cabernet burger with goat cheese and bacon. Everything was excellent.

Had lunch on the patio the food was excellent server was amazing. He was the only one there but still chased me down after lunch to give me my jacket. Wonderful service and smiles!

Quaint little bistro right in the heart of Shasta. Perfect place to get a light snack or a heavy meal while exploring the town. Great beer selection with some local options on tap. Waitresses we're personable and efficient. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

Very friendly staff. Excellent environment inside and out. Location is prime to sit in the center of town and enjoy a meal. Food was definitely worth its weight. Desert was a delight.

Cute little place. Great food. Our server, Donny, was the sweetest man ever (and we actually went to school with him and he served us at 2 other restaurants in our town). Roman was a sweet kid too. The atmosphere was great. Definitely recommend eating here.

Ordered the Grilled Turkey, Blue Cheese burger and Halibut burger. My grilled turkey was excellent, and the side of butternut squash soup was so good. Husband really liked his burger, and daughter throughly enjoyed the halibut burger. Can’t wait until it warms up for beers on the deck!

Really cute and cozy place to eat and hang out. We really liked it. They have an indoor and outdoor seating area. Service was a bit delayed in getting to us and when we finally ordered they were out of some of the food items we wanted which was a bummer (hence only 4 stars). But they were nice. Ansd even then, it was still a nice experience. I think it's still a great place to stop by and eat and enjoy the ambiance. The food was really good. And the Lemonade was delicious!!! Lots of the wines to choose from too. The staff was friendly. Definitely worth it and highly recommended.

My wife and I sat there for about 20 minutes before we leave without ordering the food. No one took our order while we were sitting there and simply ignored us. Also, in a 3 digit hot day you're expecting to enjoy the cool and clean indoor restaurants! Not only it wasn't cool inside, we also had to wave our hands nonstop to keep the flies away! Why would I pay +$15 for a burger in this situation?! I'm glad we didn't stay there to have lunch

Excellent Portabella Mushroom burger/Mushroom vegetable soup medley is so damn tasty! & the deserts omg! Over the top delish! The chef is awesome!
