We have been staying here every year for 6 years now. Super comfortable and very friendly service, always seems to be smiling and making sure everything is good. Best coffee in town in right across the street! And after camping for a week in the rough, that shower is the best. Wouldn't stay anywhere else unless I absolutely had to. And it's kind of true, I always end up having a great conversation with other guests there :)

Always coming back. Love this spot. not a bad price. Favorite place to stay in Shasta. Very quiet, clean rooms. Frozen in time. Cool paintings on the wall. Instead of a plain white wall. Nice flavor.

Giving them one star because they held a room for us after we were stuck in traffic for 6 hours We arrived after midnight after being stuck behind an accident in blizzard conditions for 6 and a half hours. We arrived to find the parking lot covered in about 8 inches of snow. As I trudged through the calf-deep snow, I nearly slipped on the stairs up to the office (none of the stairs had been cleared of snow). We did not even bother to take a suitcase out of the car, so we would not have to carry it across the snow-covered parking lot. We asked about the breakfast advertised here and were told that there was only coffee in the room. We went up the snow-choked steps to our room, and discovered the heat was not working. We were so tired that we just crawled into bed and tried to sleep. The people upstairs chose then to clomp and take a shower, which we were clearly able to hear, making it difficult to fall asleep. In the morning I went to fetch and warm up our car while my wife got ready. She discovered that the shower curtain was an actual curtain (cloth curtain, no liner). Again, he kept a room for us on a night where I-5 was heavily restricted. The room was clean, though cold. There was coffee in the room. These are the only things to recommend this property. My expectations were low going in, and this property failed to achieve even that.

One of the most underrated hotels in Mount Shasta. Thank you for always providing me with the quiet and humble lodging I seek πŸ™β˜•πŸ€

I called 4 times to confirm my reservation. Upon arrival, the clerk claimed that there was no reservation under my name and they behaved incredibly rudely. It seems that this establishment is very disorganized and I do not recommend it to others.

The clerk was extremely rude and unhelpful. We refused to stay in this place and asked for a refund. There was a person staying in the motel who appeared to be stoned and we felt very unsafe. There is a reason this is the last motel with a room available during a snow storm. Beware.

Found small bugs in my room. The comforter was visibly stained and dirty. Everything was very dated. Not a good experience. Stay away.

I traveled the state for 9 years for work staying in low budget hotels due to my employer and where they put is up at. This place is nasty.

Maybe we just got a bad room and I honestly hope it was just a fluke. The people are very nice, but the room itself was very uncomfortable. The lights went out for a moment, the room smelled like cigarettes, and the beds creaked and sank in. The coffee maker wasn't washed well enough and had residue where the filter goes as well as the cover.
