This place was clean and comfortable! However, I would not recommend staying here without earplugs. There is a very loud train that went by at 11:00p, and again at 7:00a on a Sunday morning! From that point on, there was constant commotion outside - I think just people checking out and cleaning, but the walls are paper thin. It's a bummer because I feel like this motel has done a great job otherwise, and it was very quiet at night after 11:00p, but definitely don't expect to sleep in.

The exterior is well maintained. The room is older, but clean and we were able to sleep and enjoy the day. The couple owning/managing the hotel were nice and accomodating. The rooms could use some updates but its a good clean safe place

Do Not Stay Here When we arrived to check in there was not a front desk clerk. We “checked in” using a code emailed from the hotel. Punched the code into the room door to unlock. When we opened the door the floor was flooded. We called the phone number posted on the office door to hopefully get a new room but no answer. We emailed and called other numbers associated with the hotel, no response. We weren’t able to stay in the room. The next day when I called the hotel to request a refund they declined and informed me they had checked the room and there was no water, thankfully I took a video. But they still have not issued a refund, and I don’t think they will. Horrible service. They also have other water damage on the ceiling on the room.

This place is really quiet where you will be able to snuggle in for a good night's sleep. Prices on priceline are very fair and room availability (in April) was good. The hosts are friendly and the place was clean. Within a short walking distance to restaurants, shops, and stunning views.

People writing reviews are lying! What a dump! No way they think this place is actually decent! 88 bucks for a tiny 1 bed frigid room?! I don't get cold easy, so when I say it's frigid, that means something. Not only did I sleep with the heat on at 80 all night and not once it turn-off, but I had on my long johns socks and long sleeve shirt. I never sleep in that kind of stuff! A 2 bed, really nice room in Hawthorne, Nevada by Travelodge was literally half the price- $44. Which also has truck parking. I only stayed at this hotel because I was forced to due to my hours of service.

The main reason I’m giving this motel 5 stars all around is because everything was really great for being one of the cheapest rooms in the area. It’s probably the best super-economy motel I’ve stayed at in Shasta. .Everything worked and was generally clean, and I even liked the Hindi vibe-and-decor at the front desk because the clerk was so nice and hospitable. 🙏

Price GOUGING evacuatees. Poor value. Motel 6 ish. Criminal overpricing during crisis.

For the price it sucks, we only stopped on account of being exhausted and noother place had any vacancies. It was quit in a nice location just over priced with no amenities. The television is the size of a desktop. The rooms could have been kept cleaner. However the shower was OMG, the water was excellent no chloride, at least I don't think so. My skin felt like it had been kissed from the God's. I did however use goat milk soap ( which I have tryed previously, but nothing quite like this.

I wouldn't visit here again, were evacuated from McKinney Fire in Yreka, had no where to go and this was the only place available.

Needed to get a room last minute at 900 at night. Gentleman who answered was very kind. Received check-in through text. Then shortly after room number and code. Nice clean room and affordable
