We stayed at this inn back in August last year on our way up to Portland, which is the same thing we did this time. We are moving our friend’s cats and things up to her and this inn was fantastic for staying the night with them. Staff are very kind and friendly, check in and out is super easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the microwave and fridge are nice to have. Lots of restaurants nearby and a beautiful view of the mountains. Definitely would stay here again in the future!

The check in process was very good. The clerk behind the desk was friendly yet professional. Our room was basic but very nice. Everything was clean and beds were well made. Loved having a refrigerator/microwave in the room. The shower head was amazing. Better than ours at home. Soap/shampoo/conditioner on the wall was way better than tiny bottles that you usually get at hotels. We did however have a complaint and addressed it with the front desk near the end of our trip. And that was the light/fan combo in the bathroom. You could not go into the bathroom without this loud fan coming on at the same time as the light. In the middle of the night, it woke up either myself or my wife, whoever was using the bathroom. My wife takes awhile to get ready and we both had to listen to the fan the entire time. Not a good design in my opinion. Other than that, we were happy and would definitely stay there again as well as recommend it to our friends. Easy walk into town for restaurants, etc.

I stopped here on a long drive, thanks to a deal on Hotel Tonight, and I was so pleasantly surprised! The room was beautiful, the shower is huge with great water pressure, and the bed was not too soft or springy, AND not too firm. Everything was clean there’s a fridge, microwave, and keurig in the room, and I didn’t hear anybody! I really enjoyed my stay! AND I felt totally safe here traveling solo as a fem- that’s a huge deal. I’m so grateful for that!

This place was so quiet and unassuming. Truly a charming place. If you want a place to stay either while doing business or on vacation this place will meet your needs. Big bathroom and nice room setup. Front desk was also super friendly and sweet and made our stay so easy. Would definitely come again

We stayed here for two nights during a road trip, and it was such a wonderful stay! We used Mt. Shasta as a halfway point between the Bay Area and Crater Lake (and did a day trip to Lava Beds). Our room looked exactly like it did in the pictures, everything was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk people were so kind and helpful, and we really enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the evening after a long day of driving and hiking. There's a coffee shop and restaurant walking distance down the road, and the main "down town" area is just a short drive up the road. Would 100% stay here if I come this way again! Highly recommend!

This is the best place to stay! The staff are genuinely nice and extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Centrally located, I loved walking to breakfast at Mount Shasta Pastry and being greeted by welcoming locals, before jetting to the best trails and waterfalls in the area. Great experience!

This is our second time staying here and both times have been great! The rooms have been clean, comfortable and spacious. We have stayed in 2 of the family rooms and both have been great. We have 4 children so having a room that sleeps 6 comfortably without having to separate rooms is a blessing. The staff is always helpful and courteous and it is our go to place now in the Mt Shasta area

Someone took an extended stay/ halfway house and tried to pass it off as a hotel. The 1980s ice machine has never been serviced. The A/C unit filters in our room were caked with dirt. Spiderwebs and dust behind furniture. Sticky carpet. MOLD under the shower mat. You have to close the bathroom door just to get in the shower. The light switch by the door is broken. This place is ghetto. Wish i had photos of it.

Beds are very comfortable with nice linens. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was accommodating and helpful. They communicated via text to make sure we knew what to expect for our late arrival.

We stayed here for a night while passing through town and we’ll definitely stay again for future trips to Mt. Shasta. We had the family suite with bunk beds and my daughter was so excited about it. Beds were comfortable, nice outdoor space to hang out with the Adirondack’s in the lawn, tables and chairs by the fire pit and cornhole (great if you have pets too)

Great place to stay! Loved how clean the room was and how transparent they are about their tip policy with their housekeeping employees. It’s great to know there are still companies who not only value their customers, but their employees as well. Highly recommend staying here 😊

The service, and rooms were great. Our only complaint was the shower. We are 70 years old +, and would of liked a grab rail for security while taking a shower. Outside of that every thing was great and would recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. The front desk young lady was the most helpful and friendly person ever. The rooms were spotless. The bathrooms too. Very comfortable beds. I mean, what more would you want? I highly recommend the Inn At Mt. Shasta.

Road trip stop with our 2 boys and the bunk room was perfect. Comfortable beds, clean, convenient and easy in and out. The woman that checked us in was really friendly! We’d definitely stay again.

Everything is outstanding here, the staff are very helpful and friendly and always working to keep the place clean and professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the property is so beautiful. Great location to walk to anywhere in town and quiet at night. Very dog friendly too!

A great overnight stay with perfect accommodations for a family of four- we each had our own comfy beds. Rooms look newly remodeled in tasteful, mountain decor and location is great. Will stay again in the the future.

The room was perfect for our needs. We had the bunk room with 4 adults and a dog. The room was clean, the linens were nice, there were plenty of towels, the a/c was great. There was a ceiling fan and the window actually opens, but we didn't need to use either. We could see Mount Shasta from our room! The front desk staff were very friendly at booking and check in. We were passing through on our way to Portland, so we didn't have much of a chance to explore the town. We ordered takeout from Yaks, it was delicious.

This was a great place to stay in Mt. Shasta! Close to the middle of town, clean, comfortable, simple, and very friendly staff. They were very accommodating of multiple schedule changes and an early check-in. Stayed in the Premier Suite, the kids enjoyed having their own room with bunk beds. We'll definitely be back next year when we visit family.

We had the best time in Mount Shasta. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and had the best customer service. The location is perfect, you’re close to food, shopping, and the beautiful Mountain View. I highly recommend guests staying here.

So glad we found the Inn at Mount Shasta online while traveling through the area! Our room was cozy, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable night's stay. Both employees we had contact with were very welcoming and friendly! Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

What a cute little gem in the town of Shasta! On our road trip from the Bay Area into Oregon & back, we picked Mt. Shasta as one of our stopping points. Topaz greeted us at registration & she was helpful in recommendations of things to do in the area. Our room was spacious, bright, clean, & well stocked with nice towels (always a plus!) There is a microwave, mini fridge, & coffee available in the room. The inn has a gas fire pit where we sat after our dinner, met a lovely couple & ended up in great conversation for an hour. Well lit parking lot with plenty of parking. The inn is located close to the downtown area with lots of shops & restaurants. It's also conveniently near the freeway. Amy, who assisted us at check out, was friendly & courteous. Thank you.

Easy checkin and checkout, friendly/professional staff, good location. Rooms are spacious and reasonably quiet and clean, with comfortable beds, hot showers with thick towels. Room maintenance has been a bit haphazard, however. Caulking around the bathtub was not applied carefully, doors and mirrors don’t fit very well, and there no bars to hold onto in the shower. With a little sprucing up, the rooms could be excellent. As it is this is this is a better than average place to stay.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. I didn't see a pool anywhere, not that I needed one, and there was no mention of a breakfast being served, but the desk attendant gave me a list of recommended breakfast places and where I should go depending on what I like. Easily the best staff I've ever experienced at a hotel. If I could give six stars for service I would.

We love the Inn at Mt Shasta! It’s our favorite road trip stop. Dog friendly, super clean, great remodel. The staff are wonderful and it’s a great rate right in the adorable Shasta village.

The bunk suite was perfect for our family of 4! Comfortable, spacious and walking distance from breakfast restaurants. Other than the train coming through several times throughout the night, which was a little disturbing, it was a great experience!

The room was comfortable but shabby. Carpet looked dirty and there were crumbs in the desk chair. Time to refurbish. Sorry but I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. The staff who checked me in was welcoming and helpful.

We stopped here for one night while traveling to Ca. We received a warm and friendly welcome from the front desk and recommendations for where to grab something to eat. The room was clean and very spacious. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was excellent! Check in and out was easy. Our room was very comfortable and just what we needed after a long day of driving. I would highly recommend this place and would have stayed longer if we could. The Mexican restaurant was so close and so good!

The Inn was amazing! Very clean and the bed was super comfy. The shower was great with amazing water pressure! The front desk had me checked in within minutes. Super great experience! We had a trailer with our motorcycles but it was really safe here.

It was a one day stay but it was perfect. Everything was very clean, the restroom had extra towels, it felt very cozy. Felt at home right wen we walked in. The person at the front desk was very friendly. Literally took me 45 seconds to check in and get my keys I had booked online so I just showed my ID and he gave me my keys no questions asked.

It was a lovely simple place to stay, the room was clean had basic amenities, microwave and fridge. Dog friendly, and had a fire pit. There was a nice outdoor space to view the surrounding Mountains. Walking distance to downtown and local restaurants.. it is off the main road . But when I am in Shasta I spend most of my time on the Mountain hiking

This has become my second home. It’s perfect for me while I travel for work. They’re so friendly, very clean!!! (which is what I base hotel reservations on. I’ll sleep in my truck over a dirty hotel.) it’s simple, yet stylish. Close to town, and just as close to great hikes! Plus you can see Mount Shasta!

Convenient location. Great bargain for a two room suite. Nicely appointed, comfortable beds and close to services. This is our second time staying here in the last two years as we travel from southern California back to Washington. Nice little hotel.

Very clean, safe looking area, friendly staff, priced much lower than I would have expected for how nice it was. Pretty good noise insulation. Bathroom has actual fan which I appreciate. Just passing through so I don’t k ow if there is any dining nearby. Didn’t try the wifi but it was free.

Thanks so much for a comfortable and pleasant stay! Our room exceeded expectations with quiet A/C and generous thoughtful touches that were much appreciated. Front desk staff were friendly, delighted to help and meal recommendation was excellent. Town is just a few minutes of easy walking. Recommended and would return.

This inn saved our trip! I was traveling with my 2 teens and our Airbnb was a terrible bust. I found this place quickly and booked the bunk room. They have done a great job modernizing this hotel. The front desk was extremely kind and gave us great local eats help. The room was super nice and the beds were huge! My daughter is still talking about how nice the shower was. The pillows were great too. They have a fire pit and party lights on the side with a wonderful view. We had a nice space to play games in the room and chill after hiking and biking all day. It is super close to the Main Street in town so we could walk to everything in town we wanted to. We are falling in love with Mt Shasta and we will definitely be staying here every time we come!

The room was lovely and very cozy. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The bed was super comfortable. It seemed a little pricey since there was not even any breakfast.

Great little place. Everything was just perfect for us. We were day 6 into a N. CA road trip. Staff (Amy) was cordial and professional. Room was very nice. Clean and well provided. Quick walk into town. Many nice places to shop/eat. Definitely recommend the Inn at Mt Shasta!!

Loved the Inn at Mount Shasta! It is walkable to the main strip but private enough that the businesses aren't overshadowing its charm. Parking is great, check-in is easy, the room itself is warm, private, with a spacious fridge and excellent water pressure. The owners are lovely and provide excellent recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to visiting Mount Shasta in the summer months!

Very nice stay! Rooms were clean, attractive, and comfortable. Staff very nice! My only complaint was that I would have preferred separate bathroom light and exhaust vent switches located inside the bathroom. With just one switch for both bathroom functions and located outside the bathroom door, it was impossible to take a low light, soaking hot bath with the exhaust fan off. Everything else was absolutely great!

My wife, seven year old child, and myself stayed here last month on our way down to LA. The rooms were clean an the young lady at the counter very helpful and pleasant. We had a scheduling issue that they were exceptionally understanding about and took care of us. Very happy with our experience here and will certainly stay again when we find ourselves in the Shasta area!

My experience at this Hotel was really enjoyable! The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is close proximity to everything. And the Staff was really nice! I loved the sitting area outside with a fire pit. I would definitely stay there again.

We just needed a place to stop on the way back to Seattle that was dog friendly! This place was great, check in/out is super easy and quick, room was nice and clean with plenty of room for our pup to run around after long drive. There’s also a designated pet relief area. Would definitely stay here again! Also local cafes and restaurants are walking distance. Thank you for such a quick pleasant stay!

Great customer service. Nicely refurbished, spotless rooms with good beds, thick towels, great water pressure. Nice soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, in dispensers instead of packaging. Simple but nice touches in the room set up/decor, the firepit and dog area. Only stars off are for minor things like doors not fitting well over new flooring, and things that are just part of almost every hotel in Mt Shasta- train and parking lot sounds. Overall a really good place to stay.

Great stay, rooms are nice and large, staff was very attentive and accommodating. The texts we received ahead of time and the welcome note in the room were thoughtful and appreciated touches. Love the big bright sign to find the spot, close to downtown, and on the main road for in and out. Only like 20 minutes to the ski resort. They nicely set up the pack 'n play for our baby and they have pet friendly rooms. Beds were good size, just the outlets were not accessible by the bed which was just a little bit of a bummer since I use my phone for an alarm but this is just a small inconvenience/ first world problem. Really liked this place, I definetly recommend.

The customer service is phenomenal! They are quick to resolve issues in a kind professional manner. Check in was easy and the staff is so friendly. The room we stayed in was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We slept well! The location is perfect for passing through or hanging out for a day trip. They are dog friendly and there's even a fire pit to relax at. We will keep this place on our list of places to stay! We stayed here because we were moving and needed a place to stop to rest. We parked our moving truck on the street and it was safe all night. Thank you to the staff for being so accommodating and kind!

Very clean rooms, updated. Close to a lot of restaurants and downtown Shasta activities. Pet friendly which is a huge plus. We were able to get a room for our 2 kids, dog, and ourselves with plenty of beds for cheaper than the Best Western treehouse hotel. Totally Recommend.
