Stayed for a single night in a pull in spot with a 30ft RV. They have full hookups, a bathroom/laundry, and a dumpster. This is a mobile home park with many permanent residents. This location is cash only and we paid 40$ for our site.None of this should be a surprise based of freely available information, but here is what is. The live in site Manager Jessica is an absolute GEM! She was friendly, easy to work with and extremely organized. We arrived late at night and she walked out to greet us with a smile. Super easy to pay and sign in, easy to access sites. As of late Feb their bathroom has 2 working showers and 1 working toilet. This wasn't a problem for us but on a busy weekend it may be worth nothing. The location here is a 3.5, the host is a 6/5. Would not hesitate at all to visit again as a pass through or 2-3 day visit. THANK YOU AGAIN Jessica!!!

Park has went south since Boa Vida took over and fired Jessyca and Mike. Hasn't been a park manager on-site for 4 months. Now tweekers have moved into a dead mans rv. Cops won't show up out here. Just keep driving.... From a resident of 6 years.

What can you say. BEAUTIFUL LOCATION. A wonderful community to be part of. I traveled all over the states and never found that one place. The place where you can a sence of what community is truly intended to mean. Where your neighbors become more like a family. Where you all take care of the others. I admit I had stopped in before the new management had a chance to establish themselves. It seemed a lot less desirable back then. Now you can visibly see the changes and feel the return of the harmonious relationship with the energy and beauty that surrounds this incredible place I am so proud to be able to call HOME. Thank you to all the Staff especially Jessica and Michael. Of course the many longterm and short stay neighbors as well. . As I said I searched a long time to find this place where I feel welcome everyday and Home. ~Thomas 2020

This place was fine. Friendly helpful staff, half permanent residents. However, the men's bathroom is badly in need of attention. There is no soap or towels by the sinks. There is no toilet paper and one stall doesn't even have a toilet paper dispenser. One of the showers stalls was screwed shut. This was a really unfortunate circumstance when I had to go to the bathroom in the morning. I checked the women's bathroom for the badly needed toilet paper and it was well stocked and clean.

This is a combination mobile home park and RV park. Even in the RV section there are a number of full time/long term residents. Most but not all are kept up fairly well. The managers are not always in the office so it took us a day to pay. We were in site Slot A which is a pull-thru and an end site which gave us more room than the other sites which are pretty narrow. The site was just long enough for our 37' Class A and tow-dolly, with barely enough room to park the car. We had full hook ups and no issues when we set up, but on the morning we left when we went to empty the black tank we discovered the sewer drain was clogged. We called the office, but they didn't seem too concerned and told us that they couldn't do anything about it right then and would call someone. So unfortunately there was a little bit of a mess when we left as we had to disconnect the hose! There is very little space to walk dogs. There is no WiFi but our Verizon signal was good. We stayed September 26-29, 2017 and paid $30 a night with no discounts. You are just a few minutes from downtown Mt Shasta and the drive up the mountain, also very close to Lake Siskiyou.

Made reservations 1 week before arrival. Arrived at 6 pm, after driving since 3am.No spot for us. They sent us to another park's overflow lot. Extremely disappointed in service. Will not use them again.

πŸ‘ I’ve stated several KOA campgrounds throughout the seven Western United States. I would say that this one rates at the top of my list. Well-maintained with lots of amenities including children’s playground dog run and etc. the space between sites is certainly reasonable with some premium sites inclu...
