I ordered a whopper with extra cheese no lettuce no tomato no onion and this is what they gave me. Ketchup and extra pickles. It’s just disgusting how some people behave in fast food. This is not what I ordered and because I asked for things off, they automatically added a grossly amount of pickles? Why? It’s just disgusting. $30 for trash. Do not eat here.

There is no reason to have two lanes of drive-thru that makes more traffic and no fairness order . I was here before two cars behind me and they took the orders from them first due to they changed to the next drive-thru lane. Also, if they are not happy with using the coupon, then don't mail it out. We have been waiting for 35mins and still not ready to be picked up our orders.

The person taking orders was obviously under the influence of drugs. The line was moving super slow, and once we got to the window and dealt with this woman, we saw why. She wasn't getting peoples full orders, so each person had to wait for them to correct it. Im sitting outside waiting for the rest of my order right now. It's the woman with black and blonde braids in her hair. BTW, this is what my sandwich looks like. Burger King is turning into McDonald's

Burger King is my go-to over McDonald's these days when I need a good, cheap burger. They've done a lot to improve their food quality in recent times, and they have some really good value meals. Service at this location is friendly. They do get busy at times so expect a wait during peak hours, but that's no big deal if you plan for it in advance. For the most part though, they get me my food quickly and they even remember what sauces I like so I never have to ask.

The customer service was good. I tried to go inside during normal business hours, but the doors were locked. Also they take a long time to make your food. But they are polite

Every time we go here it is NASTY! I got my son a slushie and you could smell the fabuloso cleaner in the slush. The people are always rude! Food is either cold or missing. Don't matter what time of day we went there. I hate this BK! My son when we drive by he asks how this place has not been shut down because of how rude the people are here and how bad the food is and then putting chemicals to clean your floor in the slushy machine! Never go here!!!!! I have literally drove 30 minutes to a Burger King on the east side. To avoid this place.

Everytime I'm at this Burger King doesn't matter if it's drive thru or walking in to their lobby. There's always issues!!! Can't get the other right, take forever to take your order and to get you your food and don't take the cars order first in lane 1 they take the 2nd car that pulled up after you in lane 2, their order first and you have to wait even longer than you've already been waiting for them to take your order!!!!!! This place needs new management and workers who actually know what customer service is!!!!!!!!

Great customer service. One of the best burger kings I’ve been to. The staff is communicative and the environment is clean and welcoming. Definitely must keep up the good work.
